摘 要

本次毕业设计的题目是：度假别墅工程量清单编制和B企业投标报价。毕业设计的主要内容分为三个方面：工程量清单编制、拟定施工组织设计、制定相关的投标文件。 

笔者对本课题的研究主要从以下三个思路进行： 

首先，根据度假别墅的建筑图来制定出工程量清单，其包含了项目分环节和各部门所使用的工程量清单，以及结合出现的问题采取应对措施时产生的费用清单、相关税金清单等。 

其次，综合制定的清单进行施工组织设计的编写。本文研究的对象其地理位置在我国的三亚市，房屋类型为一般的民用别墅住宅，地面建筑材料为日常使用的现浇混凝土，楼层为2~3层，整栋楼层高达10.5米，底层高3.8米，标准层高为3.2米。房屋整个占地面积达4445.5平方米。最后，根据工程量清单和施工组织设计制定出投标文件。

Holiday Villa Engineering Quantity List Preparation and B Enterprise Tender Offer

Abstract

The topic of this graduation project is: the construction of the holiday villa project volume list and B enterprise tender offer. The main content of graduation design is divided into three aspects: the construction of the list of the preparation of the construction organization design, the development of relevant bidding documents.  

The author of this thesis mainly from the following three ideas:

First of all, according to the holiday villa building plans to develop engineering quantity list, which contains the project link and various departments to use the engineering quantity list, and produced on the problems and take measures to cope with the cost of inventory and related tax list.  

Secondly, the comprehensive development of the list of construction organization design. In this paper, the object of its geographical location in Sanya City in our country, the housing types for general civilian residential villa, ground building materials for daily use of cast-in-place concrete, floor are 2-3 layers, the whole floor up 10.5 meters, the underlying high 3.8 meters, the standard story is 3.2 meters. Housing covers an area of 4445.5 square meters. Finally, according to the engineering quantity list and the construction organization design to make the tender documents.

第一章 工程概况

1.2结构概况

本工程位于三亚市，为住宅楼框架结构，地上2~3层，底层层高为3.8米，标准层层高为3.2米。建筑结构安全等级为二级，主体结构设计使用年限为50年，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，地基基础设计等级为丙级，结构抗震等级为四级，抗震构造等级为三级。

第二章 毕业设计任务

2.1小组任务

在一个大组中，我们可以2~3个人自由分组，我们是两个人一组。我们组共同完成的任务首先是从各个途径寻找符合条件的全套施工图纸，其次是根据图纸分工计算工程量，接着基于工程咨询单位立场，合作完成该工程招标文件的工程量清单的编制。

2.2 个人任务

（1）完成3000汉字的英文翻译并附原文。

（2）搜集相关方面的资料。并利用笔者掌握的知识来进行开题报告的撰写。
