摘 要

本工程为镇江高鹏药业仓库建筑与安装工程，该工程位于镇江市京口区丁卯桥附近，属于工业用厂房，建筑面积2653.2平方米，共计5层，总高度22米左右，要求抗震等级为三级，桩基础框架结构厂房，建筑使用年限为50年。在老师的指导以及自己翻阅相关文献资料的前提下，我进一步熟练掌握了建设工程工程量的计算以及投标报价、施工组织设计的编制和工程量清单计价的基本方法并进一步熟练掌握未来软件等相关软件的操作。

根据毕业设计工作指导手册的要求，我在老师的指导下运用所学专业知识，独立完成了工程量的计算，运用软件对定额和清单的套用，施工组织设计的编制，此次毕业设计进一步加强了我们的实践能力，让我们能更加熟练地将相关专业知识运用到实践中去，对今后投入工程事业中具有里程碑的意义。

Abstract

The project for Zhenjiang Gaopeng pharmaceutical warehouse construction and installation engineering, the project is located in Jingkou District Zhenjiang Dingmao bridge near, belongs to the industrial workshop, building area of 2653.2 square meters, a total of 5 layers, total height 22 meters, asked the seismic rating of 3, pile foundation frame structure factory building, building useful life of 50 years. Under the guidance of teachers and to read their own literature under the premise, I further skilled master of construction engineering quantity calculation and the bid price quotation, the basic method of construction organization design and the establishment of the engineering quantity list valuation and into further master the operation of the future software and other related software.

According to the requirements of graduation design work instruction manual, I under the guidance of the teacher using the professional knowledge, independent of the completion of the engineering quantity calculation, using the software of quota and list apply, the preparation of construction organization design, the graduate design to further strengthen the practice ability of our, so that we can become more skilled at the relevant professional knowledge to practice to, has the milestone on the future of investment projects for the cause of significance.

2.3.1英文翻译

首先我们进行了一次英语文献的翻译，让我对我所进行的毕业设计有了一定的了解，也让我对一个工程项目从工程量计算开始到竣工验收中所经历的过程和阶段有了一定的了解，我知道了一个工程在确定建设之后要经历招投标确定建筑企业，而后才能开始正式投入建设。通过英文翻译我也对现阶段建筑企业所采用的投标报价策略有了一定的了解。
