摘 要

随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们生活中各式各样的产品也在飞速的更新换代，如手机、电脑、生活用品，大家越来越趋向于高品质的生活。同样的，为了追求高品质的生活，人们对自己家的房子的要求也越来越高，那就产生了房屋建设也在飞速发展的情况。那在其发展的途中，对其产生最重要影响的是什么呢？在我看来，肯定是工程造价了，因为有了对项目良好的造价管理，才能造出让人满意的房子。对此，我在这进行简单的分析探讨。

工程项目的造价首先要做的就是确定项目内容，在确定了项目内容以后我们才能开始进行工程量的计算，何为工程量的计算呢？也就是对项目在建设过程中所有要用到的东西的提前预算。这是非常重要的，我会在后文中提到。

有了工程量后，我们就要进行招标文件的编制，其中包括招标文件、工程量清单。这是为了后来的投标报价做准备的。

有了上面的前提，我们就能进行投标报价了，当然了，也就是编制投标文件了。其中必须要用到的东西就是未来清单和Eecel了，要用清单报价，然后还要绘制施工总平面图和导出清单。

因此，本文主要讲的内容就是贯穿在整个工程建设中的最重要的东西：工程造价。

毕业设计综述

1. 工程概况

1.基础结构

本基础采用墙下带卧梁式墙下条形基础，基础埋设深度为室内地坪下-1.950m；采用第二层粉土夹薄层粉土质粘土（中等液化）作为持力层，地基设计承载力fak=90Kpa。在基槽开挖过程中若发现实际情况与地质报告不同时，请通知设计人员会同有关单位研究处理。在基础以上，±0.000以下回填土压实系数≥0.94。基槽开挖时，应将地下水位降至设计及槽底下500处。±0.000相应钻孔假设高程7.05，室内外高差均为0.450m。
