摘 要
我国是建筑业大国,近几十年来,建筑业经历了飞速发展,但目前我国建筑业发展模式较为粗犷,能源消耗大,效率低下。而更严重的问题在于,建筑业的质量问题层出不穷。质量控制是建设项目的三大控制目标之一,建设项目的质量直接影响着产品使用寿命,工程的成本以及相关人员的安全[[1]]。BIM技术作为计算机技术和建筑业相结合的新概念,大大提高了项目管理水平和建筑业生产效率。通过将BIM技术在工程质量管理中的应用,解决传统质量管理中遇到的问题,提高质量管理的水平,从而提高工程的质量
本次课题研究的内容是基于BIM的句容某别墅项目工程质量管理与方案优化。主要研究工作分为三步。第一步,根据CAD图纸等项目的原始资料,利用Autodesk Revit对建筑模型进行三维建模。第二步,进行现场质量控制模型的构建,在这一部分主要选定幕墙工程为例进行研究,通过将幕墙各构件质量信息标准化以及幕墙施工过程标准化,建立现场质量信息查询平台。第三步,结合设计的质量信息查询平台,提出现场质量管理的优化方案。
本次研究获取的主要成果为3D模型,质量控制模型(包含构件标准化数据库、施工过程标准化数据库以及现场工程质量信息查询平台),现场质量管理优化方案。在前面的研究基础上,针对BIM技术在施工过程中的应用问题进行了深入思考,形成小论文。本文的创新之处在于提出了质量控制模型并对其实际化应用进行了尝试性的探索,体现BIM在质量管理中的优势与重要作用。

ABSTRACT
Construction industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy, the amount of work completed in the world's first, but compared to other industries, the construction industry is very inefficient. But a more serious problem is that the quality of the construction industry is emerging. Quality control is one of the three objectives of the construction project, the quality of construction projects directly affect the service life of the product, the cost of the project and the safety of the personnel. BIM technology, as a new concept of combination of computer technology and the construction industry, has greatly improved the level of project management and construction industry production efficiency. The application of BIM technology in engineering quality management can solve the problems encountered in the traditional quality management, improve the level of quality management, so as to improve the quality of the project.
The content of this research is based on the project quality management and scheme optimization of a villa project in Jurong, which is based on BIM. The main research work is divided into three steps. The first step, according to the original data of the CAD drawings and other projects, the use of Revit Autodesk building model for three-dimensional modeling. The second step, an on-site quality control model is constructed. In this part mainly selected curtain wall engineering as an example, the curtain wall components quality information standardization and curtain wall construction process standardization, establish site quality information query platform. The third step, combined with the design of the quality information query platform, put forward the optimization of the site quality management program.
The study to obtain the main results for the 3D model, quality control model (includes standard component database, construction of standard database and field engineering quality information query platform), on-site quality management optimization scheme. On the basis of the previous research, the application of BIM technology in the construction process has been deeply thinking and writing a paper. The innovation of this paper is to put forward the quality control model and explore the practical application of the process, reflecting the the advantages and the important role BIM played in the quality management.
