摘要

本次的毕业设计要求我们站在招标方、投标方、咨询方三个不同的角度，共同完成一次工程招投标的模拟。这样的一次模拟对我们的专业知识的理解，专业技能的运用都有很高的要求，也给了我们一次亲身加入到实践中去的机会。通过这次的模拟，使我们对本专业有了一个更清晰的认识，对工程造价的流程、方式、技巧有了更准确的把握。

在这次的毕设中我主要参与了以下工作1.工程量清单的编制。2.清单工程量的计算。3.根据清单工程量计算招标控制价。4.招标控制价与投标报价的编制。5.任务书中其他工作以及一些协助完成的工作。完成这些工作的过程并不轻松，我们需要了解各方面的知识，将项目施工，工程造价，工程管理等多个方面的东西结合起来。虽然不够轻松，但总的来说完成这些工作培养了我们自己学习，自己归纳总结的能力。

在这次的毕业设计中，由于缺少经验，还是遇到了比较多的问题。在解决的过程中也慢慢找到了小论文的思考方向。所以结合自己的工作，从工程造价指标这方面来写出了这篇小论文。从毕设开始到结束，每个阶段都能发现不同的问题，这使得我清晰度认识到自己对于工程管理方面知识的匮乏，也通过解决问题这样一个过程使知识体系的构建稍微丰满了一些。在此次的毕业设计中我们小组分工合作，共同进步，也非常庆幸有个好的团队。

Abstract

The graduation design requires us to stand in the three different angles of the tender, the tender side, the consulting side, to complete a project bidding simulation. Such a simulation is a high requirements for our understanding of professional knowledge and the use of professional skills. Through this simulation, we have a more clear understanding of the profession, the cost of the project process, methods, techniques have a more accurate grasp.

In this graduation project, I mainly participated in the following projects.1.works preparation. 2 the calculation of the amount of the bill of quantities. 3 calculate the bidding price according to the bill of quantities. 4 tender control price and the preparation of the tender offer. 5 other tasks as well as some assistance to complete the work. The process of completing these tasks is not easy, we need to understand all aspects of knowledge, the project construction, project cost, project management and other aspects of the combination of things. Although it is not easy, but in general the completion of these work to cultivate our own learning, their ability to sum up the summary.

In this graduation design, due to the lack of experience, I encountered a lot of problems. In the process of solving also slowly found the small paper thinking direction. So combined with their own work, from the project cost indicators in this regard to write this small paper. From the complete set of start to finish, each stage can find different problems, which makes our definition to recognize myself for the project management of a lack of knowledge, but also through problem solving such a process the knowledge system of the building slightly plump some. In this graduation design our team division of labor, and common progress, I am very fortunate to have a good team.
