摘 要

本次毕业设计的任务为扬州蜀冈小区B-12住宅楼工程，三人位一组，分别代表建设单位，施工单位，咨询单位。本人在其中代表咨询单位，主要负责招标工程量清单和招标控制价的编制。其中，招标工程量清单主要包含分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单以及其他工程量清单。为认真完成本次别设计工作，我和其他小组成员共同学习了《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013），《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》（GB50854-2013），按照两本规范文件，仔细比对图纸，熟悉工程量清单的列项过程，仔细填写了个清单子目的项目特征，深入学习了各清单子目的计算规则，一起计算了工程量，并完成工程量的复核工作。在后续的招标控制价的计算过程中，我借助于广联达计价软件编制了招标控制价。在编制过程中，本人根据图纸要求以及上网查阅资料，按照工程量清单中的每一个子目，完成了定额子目的嵌套，并在组价过程中，查询了江苏扬州地区的材料信息价，调整了材料价格，最终完成招标控制价的编制。此外，本人还协助队友共同完成了项目管理方案和施工组织设计，同时审核了建设单位给出的项目管理方案和招标文件，以及施工单位给出的施工组织设计和投标报价。，在毕业设计的过程中，我们小组遇到了很多困难，困扰过很久，但是在老师的帮助下、小组的集体讨论并积极查阅资料的过程中，这些问题都得到了解决。在此过程中，我对于整个招投标的准备，以及三方的工作都有了全面的认识，受益匪浅。

Abstract

The task of this graduation project is the B-12 residential building project in Yangzhou Benggang Community. The three-person group represents the construction unit, construction unit and consulting unit. Among them, the bidding project quantity list mainly includes a part of the project quantity list, a list of measures items and other engineering quantity lists. In order to conscientiously complete this design work, I and other team members have jointly studied the "Code for Pricing of Construction Engineering Quantity List" (GB50500-2013), "Code for Calculating Engineering Quantity of Building Construction and Decoration Engineering" (GB50854-2013), according to Two normative documents, carefully comparing the drawings, familiar with the column items of the engineering quantity list, carefully filled in the project characteristics of the list sub-item, deeply studied the calculation rules of each sub-item, calculated the engineering quantity together, and completed the engineering quantity. Review work. In the calculation process of the subsequent bidding control price, I compiled the bidding control price by means of Guanglianda pricing software. In the process of preparation, I completed the nesting of the quota sub-objects according to the drawings and the access to the Internet, and in accordance with each sub-item in the bill of quantities, and inquired about the material information price of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province during the group price process. The price of the material was adjusted, and the preparation of the bidding control price was finally completed. In addition, I also assisted teammates to complete the project management plan and construction organization design, and also reviewed the project management plan and bidding documents given by the construction unit, as well as the construction organization design and bidding quotation given by the construction unit. In the process of graduation design, our team encountered many difficulties and had been plagued for a long time, but in the process of the teacher's help, the group's collective discussion and active access to information, these problems have been solved. In the process, I have a comprehensive understanding of the preparation of the entire bidding and the work of the three parties, and benefited a lot.

前 言

随着《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2003）的颁布，标志着我国建筑市场趋于标准化，规范化，工程量清单计价方式正逐渐成为我国主要的计价方式。相比较定额价价方式，清单计价因其灵活，更加符合我国市场经济体制大环境的特点，逐渐取代了定额计价，并在整个建筑行业的健康发展中发挥着日益重要的作用。
