摘 要

在乡村振兴的时代背景下，如何在城镇化的快速发展下使农村住宅传承地域文化特色及走生态节能道路是新农村建设的一个重难点。本课题从南京市浦口区星甸街道后圩村的新农村住宅群展开设计，从传统村落的空间肌理及南京地区特色传统民居布局模式入手，在住宅群组团规划、院落的布局、建筑造型等方面的延续乡村特有的风土人情，探索“传统”与“现代”并存的新农居设计，传承地域文化特色，并对新农居的绿色生态节能提出相应的对策和建议。

Abstract

Under the background of rural revitalization, how to make rural housing inherit regional cultural characteristics and take the road of ecological energy saving under the rapid development of urbanization is an important and difficult point in the construction of new countryside. This topic starts with the design of the new rural residential group in Houxu Village, Xingdian Street, Pukou District, Nanjing City, starting with the spatial texture of traditional villages and the layout pattern of traditional houses in Nanjing area. in the residential group planning, courtyard layout, architectural modeling and other aspects of the continuation of the unique rural customs and customs, explore the "traditional" and "modern" co-existence of the new rural housing design, inherit the regional cultural characteristics, And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the green ecological energy saving of the new rural houses.

1.1选题背景

随着社会的进步，经济的发展，人们的生活水平也在不断提高目前，虽然农村地区的生活环境和农民的生活条件有了明显改善，但一些农村住宅建筑仍在建设中。存在规划不合理，环境污染严重，建筑技术落后，地域文化缺失等问题，制约着我国新农村建设的可持续性发展。所以，如何对新农村住宅更为科学合理地建设是一个值得深入研究的问题。
