摘 要
随着社会的经济快速增长,城市化进程快速加深,人们的消费能力和消费需求也不断提高,随之而来的是城市格局翻天覆地的变化。商业街区作为文化传承的载体,一直代表着一座城市的特色,反映着城市面貌。近年来,商业街区已经不仅仅承担着购物消费功能,而是增加了休闲娱乐和社会交往的功能,反映了人们对精神愉悦的追求。现阶段的商业街建设面临着很多的问题,如何满足现代化商业活动的基本需求,如何满足人们日常生活的需求,又如何让街区与城市融合,都是我们要考虑的问题。因而,设计要理解建筑设计与城市规划的相互关系,运用公共建筑设计的基本原理与设计方法,建立建筑和环境和城市的整体观念,体验城市居民的生活状况、生活方式和生活需求,关注建筑单体与周边环境、原有建筑之间的关系,从而更好地营造一个以人为本的绿色生态的街区环境。

Commercial pedestrian street architectural design
Abstract
With the rapid economic growth of the society and the rapid deepening of urbanization, people"s consumption ability and demand are also constantly improving, which brings earth-shaking changes to the urban pattern. As the carrier of cultural inheritance, the commercial block always represents the characteristics of a city and reflects its urban appearance. In recent years, commercial blocks have not only assumed the function of shopping consumption, but also increased the function of entertainment and social interaction, reflecting people"s pursuit of spiritual pleasure. At the present stage, the construction of commercial street is facing many problems. How to meet the basic needs of modern commercial activities, how to meet the needs of People"s Daily life, and how to integrate the block and the city are all problems we should consider. Design, therefore, to understand the relationship of the architectural design and urban planning, using basic principle and design method of public building design, building construction and environment, and the concept of the city, the experience of the urban residents living conditions, lifestyle and living demand, focus on building monomer and the surrounding environment, the relationship between the original building, to better create a people-oriented green ecological neighborhood environment.

第一章 工程概况
1.1 选题背景
本设计为在南京秦淮区石杨路北侧地区拟建一休闲购物中心,并为街区及附近居民提供商业、餐饮、娱乐活动的空间。基地周边有大量的住宅以及学校,秦淮河在基地南侧,相隔一条双向三车道,基地的西边和北边都靠着城市道路。基地不平整,东边比西边低,相差近1米。场地内原有设施全部搬迁。
