摘 要

本设计为某国际机场安置房及公建配套给排水工程设计,设计内容包括高层住宅与社区服务配套房的室内生活给水系统、消火栓系统、灭火器的配置、室内排水系统和雨水系统的设计。

在生活给水系统设计中,由于住宅层数为14层,故其给水系统采用分区给水方式,1~3层为低区,由市政管网直接供水;4~9层为中区,10~14层为高区,中区和高区都采用恒压变频水泵加压供水;社区服务配套房层数为4层,不分区,生活给水由市政管网直供。住宅厨房和卫生间需供应热水,采用燃气热水器分散制备,热水器由用户自理,预留接口;社区服务配套房的功能仅为办公,无需设计建筑热水系统。

在消防系统设计中,住宅与配套房的室内消火栓系统均采用临时高压消火栓给水系统,竖向成环,不分区,设置消防水箱和消防水泵供水,10层以上选用SN65型消火栓,其余室内消火栓选用SNW65-Ⅲ型。建筑灭火器配置手提式磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器。

在排水系统设计中,室内排水系统采用污水和废水分流制,卫生间采用双立管排水系统并伸顶通气,室内污水经室外化粪池处理后,排入市政污水管网。雨水系统采用单斗重力流外排水系统。

Abstract

This design is designed for the water supply and drainage project of the resettlement house and public building of an international airport. It includes the design of indoor water supply system, fire hydrant system, fire extinguisher configuration, indoor drainage system and rainwater system for high-rise and multi-storey buildings.

As for the domestic water supply system, since the residential has 14 floors, the water supply system adopts the district mode, and the first to third floors are low zone, which are directly supplied by the municipal pipe network; the four to nine floors are the middle zone, and the tenth to the fourteenth floors are the high zone. The middle zone and the high zone use the variable frequency water pump to pressurize and supply water. The community service suite has 4 floors, no partition, and the demestic water is directly supplied by the municipal pipe network. The residential kitchen and bathroom need to supply hot water. The gas water heater is used for dispersion preparation. The water heater is self-care and the interface is reserved. The function of the community service suite is only for official business, no need to design the building hot water system.

In the design of the fire protection system, the indoor fire hydrant system of the house and the suites adopts the temporary high-pressure fire hydrant water supply system, which is vertically looped, not partitioned, and is equipped with fire water tank and fire pump water supply. The SN65 type fire hydrant is selected for floors higher than ten floors, and SNW65-III type are selected for the other floors. The building fire extinguisher is equipped with a portable ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguisher.

In the design of the drainage system, the indoor drainage system adopts the sewage and waste water diversion system, the toilet adopts the double riser drainage system and the top extension ventilation, and the indoor sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after being treated by the outdoor septic tank. The rainwater system uses a single bucket gravity outflow drainage system.
