摘 要
凤凰姜堰书城新楼,地处江苏省泰州市姜堰区东大街2号,姜堰书城建筑面积19885平方米,建筑总高度为74.70m,地上17层,地下2层。一楼至五楼为书店及商场,六楼和十七楼为办公区,七楼为KTV,八楼至十六楼为酒店楼层。给水分区分为两个区:3层及以下为低区;4层及以上为高区。低区直接接入市政给水管网供水;高区采用变频供水的方式由地下室的成品生活水箱水泵供给。采用雨污分流的排放方式。污水经处理后排入城市污水管道;雨水排入城市雨水管网。消火栓系统竖向分为1个区,消火栓用水量主要由地下室的消防水池供给,火灾初期(前10min)的用水量由屋顶的消防水箱保证。本设计先绘制出各楼层的给排水、消火栓给水工程设计图,系统图,卫生间大样图,在其基础上对该建筑物的给水系统,此外排水系统以及消防系统等做了详细的设计说明与计算,从而完成整个建筑的给水排水设计。关键词:给水设计,排水设计,消防设计,计算说明书

Abstract: The new Phoenix book mall is located at No.2 on East Avenue in Jiangyan distract,Taizhou city,Jiangsu province.The total construction area is over 19885 square meters, 74.70 meters high.17 floors on the ground and 2 layers underground.1st-5th floors will be used as shopping mall,including books and life expenses,6th and 17th floor is administrative area,5th floor is KTV,8th-16th floors are hotel floors. The water of the low zone(1st~3rd)was directly supplied by the city water supply pipe; The high zone(4th~17th)was supplied by the pressure-variable pump which was equipped on the underground floor.The drainage system included the drainage of storm sewage and domestic sewage Storm sewage was relied to the city storm sewage sewer.Domestic sewage entered the cesspool before drained.The water for fire protection was mostly supplied by the protection water pool. The fire protection water tank satisfied the quantity of water for the protection at the beginning of the fire. First draw the plan of each floor of the water supply and drainage and fire, the system plans, as well the bathroom detail drawing, on the basis of the plans, I do detailed description of the design and calculation to the building water supply systems, drainage systems, fire safety systems, and complete the construction of water supply and drainage design.
