淮安涟水城市广场2号楼施工组织设计

摘 要

本施工组织设计是针对涟水城市广场工程一期工程2号楼施工的纲领性文件。是为完成施工任务制定先进合理的施工工艺、创造必要的生产条件所做的规划设计，是指导2号楼施工工程进行施工准备和组织现场施工的技术经济文件，是现场施工的法规。根据国家对建设项目的要求，来确定经济合理的规划方案，对目标工程在时间和空间、人力与物力、技术跟经济、计划与组织等方面做出高效合理的安排，以保证施工任务得以按照预定目标，安全、优质、高速且低耗地完成。

本设计主要内容包括以下：工程概况；进度计划；施工场地平面布置；脚手架与高支模两个专项方案；季节性施工措施以及安全；管理等措施；另含中文摘要、参考文献、致谢。

The construction organization design of the No.2 Building in Lianshui town plaza

Abstract： Lianshui Town Plaza Phase of the project total construction area reached 52318m2, the No. 2 building form is: No. 1, No. 2 air defense basement and No. 2 high-rise residential buildings.Structure level is 4 layers shopping malls and 28 layers of residential buildings, residential standards high 2.9m.Structure form as frame shear structure.

The design of the construction organization is a programmatic document for the construction of phase 2 building of the city plaza in Lianshui.. Is for the completion of the construction task to create the necessary production conditions, develop the advanced and reasonable construction process planning design, is to guide the No.2 construction engineering construction preparation and organization of the construction site of the technical and economic documents and regulations is the construction site. According to the national requirements of project construction, to determine the economic and reasonable plan, proposed works in manpower and material resources, time and space, the technology and the economy, the plan and organization made a comprehensive and rational arrangement to ensure in accordance with the intended target, high quality, safe, high speed and low cost to complete construction tasks.

The main content of this design include: project overview; schedule; construction site layout; scaffolding and formwork two special programs; seasonal construction measures and safety; management measures; also contains abstract, references, thanks.
