摘 要
本工程为尕玛羊曲黄河特大桥,是一座全长730m,主跨120m,边跨65m的七跨预应力混凝土连续刚构桥。其中桥墩为单薄壁空心墩,采用翻模法施工;主梁截面为单箱单室箱型变截面,采用挂篮悬臂现浇施工。设计基准期为100年,道路等级为二级。
首先根据桥址地形图以及地质情况等进行方案的比选和确定,之后根据规范对主梁截面、梁底抛物线次数、梁高、板厚等基本尺寸进行初步拟定并对主梁进行单元和施工阶段的划分,通过Midas建立对应模型。确定各种荷载作用下主梁产生的内力并对内力进行组合,找出最不利内力组合,据此进行主梁的截面配筋计算并对预应力损失、有效预应力和次内力进行计算,之后通过Midas电算和手算结果进行截面的承载能力和正常使用两个极限状态的验算,同时要对施工过程中的承载能力极限状态进行验算,最后绘制施工图。

The Design of(65 5×120 65)meters Seven Span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge

Abstract
The project named Gamma Yangqu the Yellow River Bridge is a seven span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge and its overall span is 730 meters, with a 120-meter main span and a 65-meter side span. The piers of the bridge are single thin-wall hollow piers constructed by using turnover formwork and cross section of the main beam is a one-cell, one-web section. The beam is constructed by using Cast-in-place construction of hanging basket cantilever. The design base period of the project is 100 years and the road grade is II.
To design the bridge, first of all, it is necessary to compare and determine the design scheme via the relief map and Geological condition of the place of the bridge. And the next step is to make sure the number of some basic elements like the cross section of the main beam, the times of parabola at the bottom of a beam, the height of the beam, the thickness of the board and so on. Also, to divide the main beam into units and separate the construction stages is useful to build the model through the software called Midas. After the internal force of the main beam under several kinds of loads is calculated, it can be combined to find one or several sets of the most unfavorable combination. Accordingly, the amount and place of reinforcing steel used in the cross section can be determined and the loss of prestresse, the valid prestresse and the secondary internal forces can also be calculated. Then through comparing the results of Midas calculation and hand calculation, the carrying capacity and the normal use capacity of the section well be checked, and the bearing capacity in construction process also need to be checked. Finally, many construction plans are drawn on the paper.

尕玛羊曲黄河特大桥位于我国青海省,是一座(65 5×120 65)m的七跨预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,具有高墩、大跨的特点,最高主墩高度达到111m,主跨120m,边跨65m。主梁为预应力混凝土梁,采用挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工。主桥桥墩为单薄壁空心墩,采用翻模法施工。尕玛羊曲黄河特大桥建成后,将成为沟通青海省贵南、兴海、共和三县的交通要道。尕玛羊曲大桥位于藏族自治州腹地,是省道三塔拉至黄沙头公路中跨越黄河天堑,连接兴海县与贵南县的重要桥梁。
