摘 要
波形钢腹板箱梁是近些年来出现的一种新型钢-混组合结构。与传统混凝土箱梁相比,它不仅减轻自重,降低梁高,也解决了工程中常见的混凝土腹板开裂问题。因此,该类桥型具有广泛的应用前景。
对于波形钢腹板组合梁桥来说,随着其优势日益明显,必将朝着更大跨度发展。随着桥梁跨度增加,工程中常采用变截面的结构形式。由“变截面效应”所带来的剪切性能与等截面情形大相径庭,组合截面中混凝土板与钢腹板的剪应力分布、剪切变形等问题更为复杂。本文基于工程实例,通过有限元软件仿真分析,对变截面波形钢腹板组合箱梁的剪切性能作如下探讨:
(1)基于刚度等效原则,提出波形钢腹板等代分析的两种简化计算模型:正交异性板模型和平钢腹板模型,分析对比各自模型计算的剪应力与剪切变形,给出了可用于等代波形钢腹板的合理简化分析模型;
(2)结合三维实体有限元数值仿真和理论分析,探讨悬臂施工及成桥阶段下,变截面波形钢腹板梁的剪应力计算方法及分布规律;
(3)提出考虑变截面效应的修正剪切变形的解析公式,并与 MIDAS、ANSYS分析结果相互比对验证;
(4)探讨梁高变化、底板厚度变化对变截面波形钢腹板组合箱梁的剪应力分布和剪切变形的影响;
(5)探讨施工及成桥状态的剪切变形占总变形的比例,并提出设计建议。

SHEAR BEHAVIORS OF CONTINUOUS BOX GIRDER BRIDGE WITH VARIABLE CROSS-SECTION AND CORRUGATED STEEL WEBS

ABSTRACT
The box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel and concrete composite structure in recent years. Compared with the traditional concrete box girder bridge, not only it reduces the weight together with the height of the beam, but also is more reasonable in load: the corrugated steel web mainly resists shear, and the concrete slabs mainly resist the bending moment. It perfectly solved the problem of cracking in concrete webs, which bothers engineers for long time. Compared with the box girder bridge with flat steel web, it is not necessary to set the stiffening ribs, reducing the thickness of the web and saving the material. The faster construction speed can be easier to achieve the prefabricated assembly. Because of a series of advantages about this type of bridge, its application development is widespread.
However, for the composite girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, with the span of bridge increased, a series of problems of the variable cross-section is outstanding. Based on the engineering practices, the shear properties of this type of bridge under the effect of variable cross section are discussed by finite element software simulation:
(1) Two simplified modeling methods of the box girder bridge with corrugated steel web are proposed and compared with each other;
(2) Combined with uniform formula, variable cross section formula, about the construction status and the finished bridge state and variable cross-section of corrugated web girders shear stress distribution;
(3) The analytical formula of shear deformation considering variable cross section effects is presented, and the results are compared with the results of ANSYS and MIDAS analysis;
(4) The influence of the height of the beam and the thickness of the floor slab on the hard distribution and the shear deformation of the bridge are discussed;
(5) The proportion of total deformation in the condition of construction and the deformation of the bridge is discussed. And some suggestions for engineering will be given.
