摘 要

施工组织设计是对施工进行科学管理使各项环节能发挥最大效益的重要手段。是一个综合性，结合行业相关资料、规范、制度与任务书的设计要求而编制的工程组织说明文件。

本施工组织设计是针对安徽正胜浦溪庄苑一期二标段的纲领性文件，编制了工程编制依据，工程概况，总体施工部署，资源需求计划，主要分部工程施工方法和技术措施等主要内容，是针对工程具体情况、重难点，保证工程质量、安全、文明、优化的纲领性文件。本设计详细编写了劳动计划表、梁板柱模板计算书，根据计划表画出施工进度计划表和施工平面图，使计划更加具体化、可观性加强。同时介绍了施工测量、土方工程、钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程等，使施工有序进行且安全高质。

Abstract

The design of construction organization is an important means for scientific management of construction to maximize the benefits of each link. It is a comprehensive engineering organization description document that is compiled based on the design requirements of industry-related materials, specifications, systems, and assignments.

This construction organization design is a programmatic document for the first phase of the second bidding section of Puxi Zhuangyuan, Anhui Zhengsheng. It compiles the basis for project preparation, project overview, overall construction deployment, resource demand plan, construction methods and technical measures for major sub-projects, etc. The main content is a programmatic document to ensure the quality, safety, civilization, and optimization of the project in accordance with the specific conditions and difficulties of the project. In this design, the labor plan, beam, slab and column template calculation book are compiled in detail, and the construction schedule and construction plan are drawn according to the plan to make the plan more specific and more observable. At the same time, it introduces construction survey, earthwork, steel reinforcement engineering, formwork engineering, concrete engineering, etc., so that the construction is carried out in an orderly manner and is safe and high-quality.
