摘 要

每一个工程的开始，都是从招投标为起点，而在现代，招投标书的编制方法大差不差，本文通过对投标过程的描述，从多个角度分析了投标过程中的关键几步，也从不同的方面，总结了在投标书编制过程中所使用的一些关键性软件，如“BIM土建计量平台GTJ2018”和“云计价平台GCCP5.0”在投标书标志过程中的影响和作用。而在投标书的编制过程中，我们常使用的方法，就是本文中所描述的过程，首先使用“BIM”软件进行对应工程模型的建模，所有的构件建立完成之后，对相对应的构件进行具体描述，填写每一个构件的项目特征，将其的材料和施工方法表述清楚，因为不同的材料和不同的施工方法其所需要的价格是不同的，而这些价格的差距，就是投标文件能否中标的关键因素。之后导出工程量清单表格，在“云计价”平台中找到相对应的材料和施工方法，填写相对应的费用，最后导出总体价格。后面的施工组织设计，则是从人材机三个方面，来对工程的各方各面进行具体的安排，来保证工程的整体进度。最后的科技小论文，则是对本文中所用到的软件BIM软件在投标过程中的具体应用的一些分析。
