摘 要

本工程是基于BIM的化州良光中学投标文件编制。

设计内容包括：第一部分——毕业设计综述，第二部分——投标文件的编制，第三部分——科技小论文。第一部分主要讲述本项目的工程概况和如何进行本次毕设过程。第二部分主要涵盖了投标文件商务标与技术表的内容。其中，商务标包括土建和装饰部分，工程量清单汇总等内容。利用广联达GTJ2018建模并套取构件清单，再利用GCCP5.0计价软件套相应合适的定额。技术标就是施工组织设计，包含了工程概况，施工工艺，施工平面布置及施工进度计划安排。进度计划安排又是从定额中的人、材、机方面的工程量来进行施工部署，以此来确保施工进度。第三部分科技小论文，概述该投标文件的意义与未来发展空间。

BIM based bidding document compilation of Huazhou Liangguang middle school complex building

Abstract

This project is based on the preparation of bid documents for Huazhou Liangguang middle School based on BIM. The design content includes: the first part-an overview of the graduation project, the second part-the preparation of the bidding documents, and the third part-the scientific and technological essay. The first part mainly describes the process content of the project overview and graduation design. The second part mainly covers the contents of the commercial bid and technical table of the bidding documents. Among them, the commercial bid includes the civil engineering and decoration part, the bid summary table of the unit project bidding process, the list of sub-projects and unit price items, the list of other items and the price list, the fee, tax, and the calculation table of engineering quantity. Use Glodon GTJ2018 to model and get the component list, and then use GCCP5.0 pricing software to set the appropriate quota. The technical standard is the construction organization design, including the project overview, construction technology, construction layout and construction schedule plan. The schedule arrangement is based on the amount of personnel, materials, and machinery in the quota to carry out construction deployment to ensure the construction progress. The third part of the scientific and technological essay summarizes the significance of the bid document and the future development space.

（1）模板工程：所有模板都要由复合木模板组成。 在制造木制模板的过程中，必须将与混凝土的接触面调平，并且接头必须牢固。 而且每次使用前，应清理木模并涂上脱模剂。

（2）脚手架工程：本工程外脚手架的选用外脚手架± 0.000 以上共 22.6m ， 1 ～ 2 层首先按下地板和双面框架，放置在建筑物外部。
