摘 要

本次毕业设计所研究项目为灵宝市朱阳镇水库移民避险解困项目1B#楼工程招标控制价文件编制，本工程建筑结构类型为框架结构，建筑合理使用年限为50年，耐火等级地上部分为二级。设计等级为三级，建筑安全等级为二级，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级，抗震烈度为7度。

主要任务是在基于 BIM 的土建工程、钢筋工程模型建模，即在拟定的案例项目图纸的基础上，将工程案例图纸通过软件完成土建模型建立，导出模型；提交模型工程成果文件、模型图片展示。编制完整的招标控制价文件及工程量清单报价表（具体组成：封面、总说明、建设项目招标控制价汇总表、单项工程招标控制价汇总表、单位工程招标控制价汇总表、分部分项工程和单价措施项目清单与计价表、总价措施项目清单与计价表、其他项目清单与计价汇总表、分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表、措施项目费计算表），手写计算书，并根据所给案例图纸，手算一层所有项目工程量（包括钢筋）。

BIM bidding control price document of # 1B building of lingbao zhuyang town reservoir resettlement project

Abstract

The research project of this graduation design institute is the bidding control price document of 1B# building of lingbao zhuyang town reservoir resettlement project for avoiding danger and relieving distress. The construction structure of this project is frame structure. The reasonable service life of this project is 50 years. Design for level 3 grade, building security level for the secondary, roofing waterproof rating is class Ⅱ, seismic intensity of 7 degrees.

Main tasks: on the basis of BIM based civil engineering and reinforcement engineering model modeling, namely, on the basis of the drawing of the proposed case project, the civil engineering model is established by using the engineering case drawing software, and the model is derived; Submit model engineering achievement documents and model pictures. Complete the tender control price file establishment, bill of quantities quotation sheet (specific components: cover, general information, the construction project tender control price summary table, single items of projects as the tender control price summary, unit project tender control price summary table, partial project measures and the unit price list with valuation table, total measures project list summary and valuation table, other project listing and valuation, partial quantity of comprehensive unit price analysis table, measures the project cost calculation table) of the establishment. Handwritten calculation book, according to the given case drawings, manual calculation book of all project quantities (including rebar) on the first floor.

Tender control price documents shall be prepared in strict accordance with relevant provisions, and the list quota shall be applied in accordance with drawing requirements and relevant national standards.

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

1 基础结构

该项目的主要建筑采用钢筋混凝土条形基础，以及裙楼采用钢筋混凝土独立基础。基础深度是1.7米，混凝土强度等级是C40，和钢筋混凝土地板条处于T形和 形边界。底板的横向力接收肋通常仅沿力的一个主方向上排列，并且在另一个方向上的横向力接纳肋可以在主力被布置成在底板的宽度的四分之一方向。地梁中的钢筋能拉通的尽量拉通,主要梁交叉口主梁箍筋加密，箍数，直径和普通钢。在地梁下方放置一个100mm厚的C15普通混凝土垫，每个边在梁底的最外边缘处宽100mm。

2 主体结构

本工程是的居住建筑，地上六层，一楼和二楼用作商业网点。该项目总建筑面积为3296.86㎡；建筑高度19.31m。
