摘 要

本课题的项目工程为河南煤业化工集团重基装备有限公司建设项目的综合楼，本建筑为多层建筑，耐火等级为二级，最大建筑高度为15.30m，面积为3669平方米，地上一层至三层，无地下室，有顶层，有消防箱、工具间、器械室等。

本综合楼的给水排水设计有建筑给水系统，建筑排水系统，雨水系统和消防给水系统四个部分。并完成相关部分的手算工程量，编制相关的预算文件。

本次施工图预算文件编制采用的是定额计价模式，主要根据2019年江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额规范，将建筑工程项目进行列项并计算出各工程的定额量，完成工程量计算书。然后套用定额，取费，完成主材费用表、单位工程费汇总表、 总价措施项目清单与计价表、规费、税金项目计价表和分部分项工程量计算书，最后将这些表格整合编制后就是一份完整的施工图预算文件。

Preparation of construction drawing budget document for water supply and drainage project A

Abstract

The project of this project is the complex building of the construction project of henan coal industry chemical industry group heavy foundation equipment co., LTD. The building is a multi-storey building with second-level fireproof rating. The maximum building height is 15.30m and the area is 3669 square meters.

The water supply and drainage design of this complex building includes four parts: building water supply system, building drainage system, rainwater system and fire water supply system.

And the completion of the relevant parts of the manual calculation of the amount of work, the preparation of the relevant budget documents.The construction drawing budget document adopts the norm valuation model, which mainly lists construction projects and calculates the norm amount of each project according to the 2019 jiangsu province norm for construction and decoration engineering valuation. Then apply the norm, take the fee, complete the main material cost table, unit engineering fee summary table, total price measure project list and valuation table, regulation fee, tax project valuation table and division itemized engineering volume calculation book, and finally integrate these tables is a complete construction drawing budget document.

工程设计简介

1工程概况

本工程为河南煤业化工集团重基装备有限公司建设项目的综合程本建筑为多层建筑，耐火等级为二级，最大建筑高度为15.30m，总面积为3669平方米，根据国家相关规范，本建筑设室内消火栓系统。2 设计依据

1. 《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016-2006
2. 《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB 50015-2003（2009年版）
3. 《建筑天火器配置设计规范》GB50140-2005
4. 主管部门批复文件及要求建设单位提供的设计要求

3设计的范围和内容

设计范围是建筑单体室内给排水系统流计和消防系统设计，建筑单体的室外给排水详见室外给排水设计图纸。设计内容是生活给排水系统包含：给水系统、污废水排水系统。消防给水系统包含消火栓消防给水系统以及灭火器配置。尺寸标注上标高均以m计,其它均以毫米计，图纸中所注标高除特殊注明外均为相对标高。压力流管道标高均以管的中心计量，重力流排水管道标高以管内底计，穿墙套管标高均以管中心标高。图中“h-”中h为该层顶板建筑标高，“h ”为该层地面建筑标高。
