摘 要

招标文件是招投标活动非常重要的文件，投标人在开标前对于招标的所有的经济判断都是通过招标文件来了解工程的。招标人要选择信誉可靠，有资格资质，有工程能力的投标人来进行工程的承包。而投标文件中必须包含投标规则中所必需的文件，要想在竞争压力日益激烈的今天获得中标，就必须制作一份具有说服力的投标书。

在投标书中，报价是其关键，并不是报价越低越好，也不是报价越低就越能中标。即使中标后对于施工企业也是关乎能否盈利的问题，或者盈利多少的问题。工程量清单计价根据企业的自身特点，专业水平，参考统一的消耗量定额，随市场价而定。

本次办公楼的投标文件主要就是通过广联达软件和报价软件，通过建立模型，编制工程量清单计价，做出工程报价书。

BIM-based eternal office building bidding documents

Abstract

The bidding documents are very important documents for the bidding activities. All the economic judgments of the bidders before the bid opening are through the bidding documents to understand the project. The tenderee shall choose the bidder with reliable reputation, qualified qualifications and engineering ability to carry out the contracting of the project. The bid documents must contain the necessary documents in the bidding rules. In order to win the bid in today"s increasingly competitive pressure, a persuasive bid must be produced.

In the tender, the quotation is the key, not the lower the quotation, the better, and the lower the quotation, the better the bid. Even after winning the bid, the construction company is also concerned about whether it is profitable or how much profit it has. The bill of quantities is based on the company"s own characteristics, professional level, and reference to the uniform consumption quota, depending on the market price.
