摘 要

本次毕业设计的课题是基于BIM的幼儿园教学楼工程投标文件编制，根据任务书要求，需要完成一份投标文件的编制，采用Excel,广联达等专业软件编制。

本毕业设计包括施工组织设计、施工进度计划和BIM模型图。施工组织设计以设计文件为依据。编制时应明确目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构、劳动力组织、施工现场有效利用、施工进度控制、机械设备和周转材料配置、主要分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工和环境保护等内容。应采取保护措施，降低成本。综合考虑和分析了措施等诸多因素，突出了项目的科学性和可行性，保证了项目的顺利进行。商务标是根据《建设工程量清单规范》、《江苏省建筑装饰装修工程计价表》、《江苏省建筑装饰装修工程造价计算规则》等规范编制的投标报价，是中标的主要经济依据。主要包括地基处理工程、土方工程、基础工程、主体工程、装饰装修工程等工程量的计算。
