宿迁恒大国际广场（三期）工程施工组织设计

摘 要

工程施工组织设计是用以组织工程施工的指导性文件，是我国长期工程建设实践中形成的一项惯例制度。施工组织设计是施工规划，在项目开工前，须编制项目实施规划，作为指导施工项目实施阶段管理文件。

本文以宿迁恒大国际广场（三期）工程项目为例，在开工前结合企业、项目的实际情况，按照工程要求，对所需的施工劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过计算，综合所有条件和因素，确定相应的施工方案，制定施工进度计划，并根据施工现场条件进行平面布置设计。从工程开工准备至竣工验收的全过程，施工组织设计对质量、进度进行了系统的详细规划，并根据实际情况提出了相应的保证计划实施措施，以保证工程的完成质量。

Construction organizations for project Suqian Hengda International Plaza (phase III)

Abstract

The construction organization design is used to organize the construction of the guiding document, is a practice in the construction of a long-term practice of the system in our country. This paper on Suqian Hengda International Plaza (phase III) project as an example, before the start of the combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, project, in accordance with the requirements of the project, on the construction labor and construction materials, construction equipment and construction of temporary facilities, after a scientific calculation, after careful comparison and reasonable arrangements to weave the A in time and space for a reasonable construction of strategic deployment document. Started preparation to completion and acceptance of the whole process from the project, construction organization design for quality and schedule were the detailed planning of the system, and puts forward corresponding assurance plan implementation measures according to the actual situation to ensure the construction complete in high quality and quantity.
