摘 要

本次毕业设计的题目是《马鞍山市郑蒲港校区学生公寓1号楼招标工程量清单编制》。该工程建筑面积为5409.41平方米，建筑层数为6层，建筑高度为18.90米。工程结构为砖混结构，基础采用桩基础和条形基础。招标工程量清单不仅满足了工程招投标和市场的需求，更推动了整个工程项目的进程，且对造价事业的发展有十分重要的意义。本次毕设计算工程量依据建筑施工图、建筑结构图、相关图集以及相关建筑规范等，进行《马鞍山市郑蒲港校区学生公寓1号楼》招标工程量清单的编制，编制了分部分项工程量清单、规费税金清单等明细清单。

Abstract: The title of this graduation project is "Compilation of Bidding Projects for Building 1 of Student Apartment in Zhengpugang Campus, Ma"anshan City". The construction area of the project is 5,409.41 square meters, the number of building layers is 6 floors, and the building height is 18.90 meters. The engineering structure is a brick-concrete structure, and the foundation is a pile foundation and a strip foundation. The bidding project quantity list not only satisfies the project bidding and market demand, but also promotes the whole project project process, and is of great significance to the development of the cost industry. According to the construction drawings, architectural drawings, related atlases and related building codes, the design of the tendering quantity list of the Student Building 1 of Zhengangang Campus of Maanshan City was compiled. A detailed list of items, bills, and tax lists.
