摘 要

本工程为上海飞科集团餐饮楼装饰工程商务标编制。投标内容涉及飞科集团餐饮楼一层餐厅、二层咖啡厅、三层健身房。包含投标汇总表，工程量清单计价表等。一层建筑面积1745.96平方米、二层建筑面积762.11平方米、三层建筑面积1064.78平方米。建筑防火设计依据《建筑设计防火规范》；其耐火等级为地上二级。工程概况：建筑结构、外围护结构及屋面已完成、建施砌块隔墙未完成、地面垫层未完、外门窗已完成、卫生间墙地面防水未做。建筑电气、给水排水、暖通空调工程主管道未完成；舞台、乐池、舞台灯光及专业音响、同声翻译等专业设备设施由专业公司设计。

Abstract: This project is compiled for the commercial standard of decoration project of catering building of Shanghai Feike Group. The bidding involves the first floor restaurant, the second floor cafe and the third floor gymnasium in the catering building of Feike Group. Include tender summary form, bill of quantities valuation form, etc. The first floor area is 1745.96 square meters, the second floor area is 762.11 square meters and the third floor area is 1064.78 square meters. The fire protection design of buildings is based on the Code for Fire Protection of Architectural Design; its fire resistance level is the second level above ground. General situation of the project: the building structure, exterior protection structure and roof have been completed, the construction of block wall has not been completed, some floors of the ground have not been completed, the doors and windows have been completed, and the floor waterproofing of the toilet wall has not been done. Architectural electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC engineering main pipeline is not completed; stage, orchestra, stage lighting and professional audio, simultaneous translation and other professional equipment and facilities are designed by professional companies.

1.1 选题原因说明

毕业设计的选题为商务标编制，本人在校学习的专业为工程造价，相对对装饰工程的造价比较感兴趣，并且在金螳螂·美瑞德公司实习，了解装饰工程的造价计算。能够接触到很多相关的公司的工程图纸、工程图纸和一定的工程数据。因此挑选这个课题来研究做毕业设计。
