摘 要

南京新城市虹桥中心二期项目B2 地块位于南京市鼓楼区，基地临近中山北路和新模范马路交叉口的西北侧，由1-7#楼组成。工程总占地面积25316.84 m2，总建筑面积65906.36m2（其中地下建筑面积25203.65 m2，地上建筑面积40702.71 m2）。其中1#、2#楼结构形式为框架剪力墙结构，地下2层，地上10层，建筑檐口高度31.6m。工程由江苏运通房地产开发有限公司投资兴建，大象建筑设计有限公司设计，南京公正工程监理有限公司监理，南通新华建筑集团有限公司承建。

本施工组织设计是为南京虹桥新城市中心二期B2地块1#楼编制的。要求完成该项目的模板专项施工方案、落地式脚手架专项施工方案的设计计算，编制施工进度计划表。本结构地上十层，地下二层，为二类单元式高层住宅，地上耐火等级为二级，地下耐火等级为一级。

本施工组织设计内容包括编制说明、工程概况、施工组织、施工现场平面布置、每一分项工程的施工方案、施工安全专项方案、工程质量保证措施、季节性施工、施工进度计划以及脚手架和模板工程的专项施工方案。本设计对于本次南京虹桥新城市中心二期B2地块1#楼工程具有指导和控制的作用，可以有效安排人力、材料和机械的使用，以使本工程的进度和施工质量得到保障。

Abstract

Nanjing new city hongqiao center phase ii project B2 plot locates in GuLou,NanJing,and bases near the road intersection and ZhongShan North Road and XinMoFan Road.It consists of 1-7 # building.The project covers an area of 25316.84 m2, with a total construction area of 65906.36 m2 (including underground construction area of 25203.65 m2,the ground floor area of 40702.71 m2).It includes 1 #, 2 # floor structure,which is the frame shear wall structure, with underground 2, and 10 layers above.The height of eaves of the construction is 31.6 m.The project is invested by real estate development co., LTD., Jiangsu.,designed by the elephant architectural design co., LTD. , engineering supervision co., LTD. , supervised by Nanjing justice supervision, built by nantong xinhua building construction group co., LTD.

The construction organization design is for the second phase of hongqiao in nanjing city B2 plot of 1 # floor.It is asked to complete the project template special construction plan, construction scheme design and calculation of floor type scaffold, preparation of construction progress schedule.This structure has ten layers over the ground, 2 layers underground.It is the second unit high-rise residential, fire resistance rating over the ground is secondary, underground fire resistance rating is level 1.

This construction organization design content includes manual, engineering survey, construction organization, working site layout, each component project work plan, construction safety and engineering quality guarantee measures, seasonal construction, work schedule and scaffolding and formwork engineering project work plan.This design for the second phase of hongqiao in nanjing city B2 block 1 # building project has the function of guidance and control,it can effectively arranges the use of manpower, materials and machinery, in order to make the project progress and construction quality guaranteed.
