摘 要
本工程位于南京市江宁经济技术开发区,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,为社区配套用楼,主体结构共6层(包含1层地下室),地下室层高3.45m,地上1层层高4.2m,其余层层高3.5m。总建筑面积为4253.5平方米,建筑高度为19.30米。
计算书内容包括:结构平面布置、荷载计算、地下室、标准层及屋盖设计和配筋、框架受力分析、框架内力组合及配筋、楼梯设计、基础设计。在结构布置方案确定之后,首先对结构板和次梁进行设计。然后,计算框架在竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下产生的结构内力,计算框架在风荷载和地震作用下的结构内力。在确定各种荷载作用下框架产生的内力之后,利用Excel对各种工况下的内力进行内力组合,从中找出最不利的内力组合进行截面的设计和配筋。整榀框架设计完成这后,又进行了板式楼梯和桩基础的设计。板式楼梯设计包括梯段板、平台梁和平台板的设计;桩基础的设计包括了对桩、桩承台和承台拉梁的设计。手算工作结束后,运用PKPM工程软件进行整栋建筑的电算工作,完善手算没有计算的部分的设计工作。同时,通过电算对手算结果进行修正、校核,发现错误并分析误差存在的原因。最后利用手电算计算结果使用CAD绘制了11张结构施工图。

Frame Structure Design of Moling Complex Housing Community Center Building

Abstract
This project is located in the project is located in Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone.It is a reinforced concrete frame structure for community facilities, which has six stories including a basement. The story of the basement is 3.45m high,The story of the first layer is 4.2m high and all the others are 3.5m high. The total construction area 11606.4m2 total length is 62.4m .
Calculation sheet contains the structural layout, load calculation, the design and reinforcement of the basement,the standard layer and the roof ,analysis of frame stress, the combination of internal forces and reinforcement of the frame, stairs design and foundation design. After determining the structural layout,firstly I design the slab and secondary beam. Secondly, I calculate the internal force of the frame under the vertical loads (dead load and live load), then calculate the internal force under the wind load and the seismic force.After computing the internal force under all sorts of loads, I combine of internal force by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find the most adverse internal force of all the combination,according to which I can design the cross-section of the frame. After the design of the whole frame is completed,the I design the slab stairs and pile foundation. The design of slab stairs contains step board, landing girder and landing slab; The design of pile foundation includes designing of the pile, multi-pile cap and foundation connecting beam. After hand computation is completed, software PKPM is used to computing the part which is not contained in hand computation. What’s more, it can check the result of hand computation in order to find out errors and analysis the causes of those differences. Finally, I draw 11 structural construction drawings by CAD based on the calculation results.

本工程位于南京市江宁经济技术开发区,双龙大道以东,秣龙路以北,工程项目总规划用地为48673.74平方米,由住宅、社区服务、幼儿园、配电房、地下汽车库等组成,本项设计为社区中心。
本项目属于社区配套用房,一层为商业金融服务、社区管理,二层为托老所、卫生服务,三层为托老所,四层为社区管理,五层为文化活动。本项目建筑结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架,南北朝向,总建筑面积为4253.5平方米,建筑高度为19.30米,分为地下一层,地上五层,其中地下427.9平方米,地上3625.6平方米,建筑密度为0.016,容积率为0.079,绿地率为40%,体型系数为0.28,建筑类别为乙类,节能标准为50%。
