摘 要
本次毕业设计的任务是完成位于江苏省南京市江边路以西中冶盛世滨江01-16地块1#办公楼的结构设计,总共五层(地上),建筑高度为5×3.6 =18m。室内外高差为0.100m。占地面积约1136.20m2,建筑面积约5019.13m2。结构初步方案定为框架结构,基础初步确定采用独立基础,基本柱网为8400mm×6700mm、8400mm×6600mm、8400mm×5100mm等。
计算书内容包括:对框架结构至少进行两个楼面(标准层、屋面)、一榀框架、一个楼梯、一个基础的设计计算。
首先通过 PKPM 进行方案的比选和优化,在结构平面布置确定后,对构件的截面尺寸进行估算,然后计算各构件的自重。计算楼盖在恒载和活载下的内力,并进行楼板的配筋和裂缝宽度的验算,进行各次梁的配筋。一榀框架的计算和设计包括竖向荷载和水平荷载产生的内力,进行内力组合和选出最不利内力进行梁、柱截面的配筋。楼梯的计算和设计包括梯段板、平台板、平台梁、平台柱。基础设计为桩基础,其中包括承台的设计和基础梁的设计。在整个计算过程不断和电算结果进行校核,发现其中的错误并及时改正,最后利用手算和电算的结果进行结构的施工图的绘制。

Abstact
The task of this graduation project is to complete the structural design of the office building located at No. 3 west of Jiangbian Road, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, with a total of five floors (above ground) and a building height of 5*3.6m.The indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.100m.The area is about 1136.20m2 and the building area is about 5019.13m2.The preliminary structure of the structure is defined as the frame structure. The foundation is initially determined to adopt the independent foundation. The basic column net is 8400mm×6700mm, 8400mm×6600mm, 8400mm×5100mm and so on.
The calculation of the book includes: at least two floors (standard floor, roof), a frame, a staircase, and a basic design calculation for the frame structure.

After the structural plane layout is determined, the section size of the component is estimated, and then the self-weight of each component is calculated.Calculate the internal force of the floor under constant load and live load, and check the reinforcement of the floor and the width of the crack, and carry out the reinforcement of each beam.The calculation and design of a frame include the internal forces generated by vertical loads and horizontal loads, the combination of internal forces and the selection of the most unfavorable internal force beam and column section reinforcement.The calculation and design of the stairs includes step plates, platform plates, platform beams, and platform columns.The foundation is calculated and designed as a pile foundation, including the design of the cap and the design of the foundation beam.Throughout the calculation process, the results of the calculations were continuously checked, and the errors were found and corrected in time. Finally, the hand-calculated and calculated results were used to draw the structural drawings of the structure.
