摘 要
心理应激逐渐成为影响个体健康的重要因素,要有效地调节与控制心理应激,需对心理应激的强度水平进行了解和判断。皮肤电信号系非侵入性测量,其能很容易捕捉到机体情绪的变化,并且易于获取,不受被试主观意愿的影响,是心理应激状态分类识别的良好生理指标。本文基于皮肤电信号,设计和实现能真实有效诱发心理压力应激的实验方法。
本课题对心理应激诱发实验的国内外研究现状进行了充分的文献调研,在分析并总结各实验方法优劣的基础上,提出基于Stroop效应的以单一皮肤电信号为测量指标的心理应激诱发实验方案。另外,由于本文所使用的皮肤电信号采集设备——多导生理记录仪MP150系该设备购买之后的首次使用,因此本文还详细说明和总结了该设备的使用步骤和注意事项。
本课题随机选取30名18-25岁的全日制大学生进行了Stroop效应心理应激诱发实验。实验过程包括键位熟悉实验和正式诱发实验。其中Stroop效应中矛盾与非矛盾的因素为单词字义与背景颜色。本实验通过调控任务执行步调和任务执行速度来诱发低/高水平的心理应激。数据处理结果表明,相较任务执行步调和速度慢的阶段,任务执行步调和速度快的阶段中被试被诱导出的心理压力应激水平显著较高。本论文的研究为后续建立基于皮肤电信号的心理应激测量模型提供了数据基础。

ABSTRACT
The psychological stress has gradually become an important factor affecting individual health. To effectively regulate and control the psychological stress, it is necessary to assess the level of mental stress intensity. Galvanic Skin Reaction is a non-invasive measurement with the advantages of easily being implemented and high time rating, which can capture the changes of the subject’s emotions. GSR is objective and an effective indicator of psychological stress classification. Based on GSR signal, this paper designs and realizes the psychological stress inducing experiment.
This paper analyses and summaries the merit and demerit of stress induced experiments through a systematic and comprehensive literature research on stress inducing, and puts forwards the Stroop-effect experiment which can effectively induce the psychological stress of the subjects. In addition, due to the GSR signal acquisition equipment (multi-guided physiologic recorder MP150) used in this paper is the first use after purchase, this paper details and summarizes the use of the equipment steps and precautions. r
This paper selected 30 full-time college students aged 18 to 25 randomly to participate the Stroop effect psychological stress experiment. The experimental process includes key-familiar experiments and formal Stroop effect induction experiments. And the contradictory and non-contradictory factors of Stroop effect is the word meaning and background color. This experiment can induce low/high level of authentic psychological stress of the subjects effectively through the control of the speed of task pacing and the pacing of task execution. The results show that the psychological stress induced by the high speed of task pacing and pacing of task execution is significantly higher than that of the low one. This paper lays the foundation for the follow-up study of GSR-related psychological stress model.

第一章 绪言
1.1研究背景和意义
应激指机体在各种内外环境因素刺激下所出现的全身性的非特异性适应性反应[1]。这一概念由加拿大闻名生理学家Hans Selye于1956年第一次提出,其可分为躯体应激与心理应激,本课题主要关注的是心理应激。
