小班幼儿同伴冲突的行为表现及教育策略研究

摘 要

：幼儿在与同伴的交流交往中，难免会发生冲突。幼儿同伴冲突作为幼儿互动过程中的一种方式，普遍而必然。因此怎么准确地看待幼儿同伴冲突问题并及时有效地处理，对幼儿教师或是家长都是举足轻重的。正确而及时地解决幼儿同伴冲突，不仅可以避免幼儿“自我中心”的倾向，还可以引导幼儿学会倾听和包容，促进其社会化的过程以及优秀的个性品格的形成。本文运用文献法，观察法和访谈法，对某小班幼儿同伴之间的冲突行为做了概念界定，对冲突类型与应对方式的分类和成因等进行了分析，并分别从幼儿自身、幼儿园、幼儿教师及家长等方面提出了相应的教育策略与建议。

Abstract : The conflicts occur inevitably during the peer communication. As one kind of children social interaction, children’ peer conflicts is common and unavoidable, so that it’s very important both for the kindergarden teachers and children’s parents to treat it properly and solve it effectively.Correct and timely resolution of conflict can prevent the children from being self-centered, guide the kids to listen and to tolerate , help them to bulid perspective-taking ability and to get along better with others, meanwhile promoting their socialization process and good personality. This text apply to methods of literature , observation and interviews, observing and studying one class of young children in kindergarden, summarizing the concept definition,types of conflicts ,coping styleand the analysis of reason and causeso , and proposing reasonable countermeasures from kindergarten, preschool teachers and parents to deal with the kids peer conflicts.

1 前 言

1.1 研究缘起

之所以选择这一研究课题，主要有以下三个方面的原因：

（1）国家对幼儿同伴关系的重视

国家对于幼儿同伴关系问题非常重视。在《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》对健康领域的内容与要求中，明确指出了幼儿间良好的同伴关系的重要与必要；同时，《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南（征求意见稿）》中给予了幼儿老师详细地处理幼儿同伴冲突的方法与策略。可见，幼儿同伴冲突问题的解决是国家予以重视且希望解决的问题。

（2）当代幼儿“以自我为中心”的心理特点及遇事多依赖老师的行为特点
