摘 要
人才的培养需要两方面的支持配合,一是学校教育,二是家庭教育。孩子的全面发展离不开学校教育与家庭教育的合作。就目前而言,家校合作过程中存在的问题主要有双方沟通少,合作存在冲突,交流内容、途径单一,缺乏换位思考,合作趋于形式化等。其成因主要有家长缺乏责任意识,专业素质不足,社会经济发展不平衡,行业竞争压力大以及学校教师自身的问题等。因此,解决问题,促进家校合作发展的有效策略有转变观念,加强思想教育;提高家长责任意识与专业素质;加强双向沟通,丰富交流内容;拓展交流沟通途径;开展多样化的家校活动;建立监督管理措施,加强宣传力度。关键词:家校合作,问题,原因,策略
Abstract:Personnel training needs of both the support and cooperation,one is the school education, family education is two.Comprehensive development of children is inseparable partner school education and family education. For now, the home-school process there are fewer problems in communication between both sides, there is a conflict of cooperation, exchange of content, one way, the lack of empathy, cooperation tends to be formalized so on. Its causes are mainly parents lack a sense of responsibility, lack of professional quality, social and economic development is uneven, large industries competitive pressures and its own problems, such as school teachers. Therefore, to solve problems and promote the development of effective home-school strategies change their ideas, strengthen ideological education; raise parents" awareness of responsibility and professional qualities; strengthen two-way communication, the exchange of rich content; expand communication pathways; conducting various forms of home-school activities; establish supervision and management measures to strengthen propaganda.

1 前言
随着社会经济的发展,各个行业对于人才的要求也在不断改变。为了让孩子得到健康全面发展,培养有用之才,家校合作的开展是形势所趋。那么,什么是家校合作?家校合作是指一个“家庭和教育者积极合作,共同支持所有的孩子学习向上、心理健康,朝共同的教育目标努力的过程”[1]。在孩子的成长过程中,家校合作发挥十分重要的作用。“若只有学校而没有家庭,若只有家庭而没有学校,都不能单独承担起塑造人的细微,复杂的任务” [2],因此,孩子的健康全面发展需要学校教育与家庭教育的相互促进,相互配合。在将近三个月的实习过程中,我所在的学校也采取了相关的措施推动家校合作的发展,比如召开家长会,组织家长委员会等。然而,我在参与学校组织的家校合作的活动过程中,发现了诸多的问题。因此,我对家校合作的发展产生了极大的兴趣,通过查看大量的文献资料,结合自身的经历,对现如今家校合作过程中存在的问题进行研究,对问题存在的原因进行分析,提出推动家校合作发展的有效策略。
