小学生心理健康问题与对策

摘 要

:小学阶段是学生们性格形成、习惯养成一个重要时期。所以这个时候的学生们要保持心理健康,形成正确的人生态度、个性性格和各项习惯,从而才能更好的发展。但是对我国现在小学生们的心理健康情况却不容乐观,引起了我国相关学者的重视,全面培养小学生的健康心理的工作开展刻不容缓。本文主要通过调查分析来对我国现阶段小学生的心里健康现状进行阐述,并就现在小学生们普遍存在的心理问题的形成原因进行细致分析,从而针对我国现在小学生所出现的心理问题提出具体的解决建议和对策。

Abstract:Elementary school students character formation, used to get into an important period. So at this time of the students want to maintain mental health, form the correct attitude, personality character and habits, which can better development. But for now the pupils" mental health situation in our country is not optimistic, caused the attention of the relevant scholars in our country, the comprehensive cultivating pupils" mental health work is urgently needed. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis to the elementary student"s psychological health status at the present stage in China, and now the pupils the prevalence of a detailed analysis of the reasons for the formation of psychological problems, which now primary school students in China put forward concrete Suggestions on solving the psychological problems and countermeasures.

1 引言

1.1 选题背景

我国的社会各界都已经开始越发关注对于学生们的教育工作,随着时代的发展教育的进步,社会上的各界人士所关注的已经不单单是孩子的学习成绩,更加注重的是孩子们的全面发展。同样对于孩子的健康也已经是不单单只关注身体健康,对于心理健康的重视也在逐步提高。小学是一个人品性、习惯、心理等多方面形成的关键时期,处于是个时期的学生明辨是非的能力并不是很强,所以说很容易受到外界的影响,那么就需要通过正确的引导来保持学生们的心理健康,这样对孩子日后的发展才更加有好处。我国现在小学生普遍存在着一些心理问题,那么对于已经产生心理问题的小学生就要及时地进行疏导解决,以免阻碍孩子们日后的正常发展,甚至酿成大错。
