摘 要

《义务教育音乐课程标准》(2011年版)颁布以来，有关基础音乐教育的改革成为众多专家和学者热点话题。中学音乐教育在基础音乐教育中占有举足轻重的作用。随着音乐课程改革的不断深入，中学音乐教师也正在逐渐接受课程标准带来的新理念和新要求。但由于种种原因，实际音乐教学中仍存在许多问题。这就要求音乐教师把握好课程改革的精神，结合各自教学实际并有选择地参照借鉴先进的教学方法。

本论文运用问卷、观察和访谈等手段，从教师对新课标和流行音乐的理解与态度、学生对音乐教材的兴趣等方面，对淮安市清江浦中学音乐课堂教学现状进行调查，在此基础上归纳、分析了中学音乐课堂中的常见问题，并针对性地提出了一些具体改进策略。

Abstract： Since the promulgation of Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards (2011 edition), the reform of basic music education has become a hot topic for many experts and scholars. Music education in middle schools plays an important role in basic music education. With the deepening of music curriculum reform, middle school music teachers are gradually accepting the new ideas and requirements brought by curriculum standards. However, due to various reasons, there are still many problems in the actual music teaching. This requires music teachers to grasp the spirit of curriculum reform, combine their own teaching practice and selectively refer to advanced teaching methods to improve the efficiency of music classroom.

By means of questionnaires, observations and interviews, this paper investigates the current situation of music classroom teaching in a middle school from the perspectives of teachers" understanding and attitudes towards the new curriculum standards and popular music, students" interest in music textbooks .On this basis, it summarizes and analyses the common problems in music classroom in middle school and puts forward some pertinent suggestions. Specific improvement strategies.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景与选题原因

音乐是美育里的一门重要分支学科，音乐能够潜移默化地培养人的性格，并对塑造人的价值观和审美观有重要作用。中学音乐教育是我国基础音乐教育中承上启下的一个重要阶段，它既是对小学音乐教育的延伸和衍化，也在很大程度上决定或影响着人在今后的审美。2011年我国最新颁布的《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》^[1](下简称为“新课标”)，进一步强调了我国基础音乐的重要性和音乐课程改革的必要性，并对包括中学学段在内的各阶段音乐课程的教学目标、课程内容、教学方法等等，做出全面、细致的规定。不但明确了我国基础音乐课程教学和改革的方向，也为中学音乐教学提供了许多新的理念、方法与策略。那么“新课标”颁布后，新课改在我国中学音乐教学中的实际执行情况如何？当前中学音乐课教学现状怎样？实际音乐教学中会存在哪些问题？这些问题因何产生又如何解决呢？……诸此等等，都引起了笔者极大的兴趣。
