摘 要
随着篮球运动的不断发展,我国义务教育中体育与健康课程中篮球课程的占比也越来越高。本文的研究与论述是为了阐述徐州市清华中学的篮球校本课程会对学生产生哪些益处。篮球作为一项综合性群体运动,具有健身性、社交性等作用,特别是中学生,是处于长身体的关键时期,开展篮球课程也显得愈加重要。本研究就徐州市清华中学篮球课程的内容、篮球课程的体能训练、篮球课程本身的基本规律方面分析篮球培养人力量、速度、耐力及改善人体性能等方面的能力,通过体能测试测观察初三(4)班经过三个月的篮球课程后学生的身高、体重、安静时心率与50米跑的变化。结果表明,篮球运动会使学生的体重向最适合自己身体状况的方向改变、会降低学生的安静时心率、会提升学生50米跑的成绩。关键词:篮球运动,清华中学,初三学生,体重,安静时心率,50米跑
Abstract: With the continuous development of basketball, the proportion of basketball courses in physical education and health courses in compulsory education in China is also increasing. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate what benefits the school-based basketball curriculum of Tsinghua Middle School in Xuzhou will bring to students. As a comprehensive group sport, basketball has the functions of fitness and sociality. Especially for middle school students, it is a critical period for them to grow up. It is more and more important to develop basketball courses. Based on the content of basketball course, the physical training of basketball course and the basic rules of basketball course itself in Tsinghua Middle School of Xuzhou City, this study analyzed the ability of basketball in training manpower, speed, endurance and improving human performance. Through physical fitness test, the changes of students"height, weight, heart rate and 50-meter running after three months of basketball course in Class 3 (4) of Junior Middle School were observed. Change. The results show that basketball can change the weight of students to the direction most suitable for their physical condition, reduce the heart rate of students in quiet time, and improve the performance of students in the 50-meter race.
