城市物流运营模式创新研究--以A公司为例

摘 要

随着我国物流业的快速发展,我国许多城市已经开始认识到现代化城市物流发展的重要性，认识到城市物流发展对提高城市竞争力的重要作用，在政府政策扶持与鼓励下，积极着手于城市物流系统的规划和建设。城市化进程的加快，以及O2O等新型业态的发展，对城市物流也提出了更高要求，城市物流运营模式需要不断创新，以适应城市发展。

文章对国内外城市物流运营模式进行了研究，列出了几种较为创新的城市物流运营模式，结合我国城市物流现有运营模式，提出了第三方虚拟共同配送联盟构建策略，并以典型城市物流企业A公司为例，对其运营模式进行分析。总结得出近些年来我国城市物流运营模式运用上虽然与国际基本同步，但实际操作上却不是很成熟，与发达国家存在一定差距，城市应加大信息化建设来提升其物流运营模式应用与创新。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's logistics industry and the continuous advancement of urbanization, many cities in China have begun to pay attention to the development of urban logistics, recognizing the important role of urban logistics development in improving urban competitiveness, and actively supported by government policies and encouragement. Work on the planning and construction of urban logistics systems. The acceleration of the urbanization process and the development of new formats such as O2O have put forward higher requirements for urban logistics. The urban logistics operation model needs to be continuously innovated to adapt to urban development.

This paper studies the logistics operation modes of domestic and foreign cities, lists several relatively innovative urban logistics operation modes, and combines the existing operation modes of urban logistics in China, and proposes a third-party virtual common distribution alliance construction strategy, with typical urban logistics. Take Company A as an example to analyze its operating model. It is concluded that although the application of urban logistics operation mode in China has been basically synchronized with the international in recent years, the actual operation is not very mature. There is a certain gap between the developed countries and the developed countries. The city should increase the information construction to enhance the application of its logistics operation mode. 1.1 研究背景

随着城市经济的迅速发展，城市产业密度日益提高，城市物流活动与日剧增，频繁的物流活动使得城市交通日益堵塞，同时也给城市带来了环境负担，这些问题都制约着城市经济发展、也影响到了居民正常生活，城市物流问题也受到了各界关注。同时，城市化进程的加快，以及O2O等新型业态的发展，对城市物流提出了更高要求，为促进城市物流发展，政府和企业都在积极探讨城市物流创新运营模式，有效提高城市物流效率，使城市物流更好地服务于城市和居民生活。因此研究城市物流运营创新模式对城市发展具有重大意义。

1.2 研究意义

城市物流是城市发展的重要支柱，城市建设高效的物流体系，可以优化资源配置，缩短商品流转时间，提高配送效率，有效降低企业物流成本和社会总成本，提高城市经济竞争力。先进的物流信息管理和技术的应用，使得城市物流运营模式日益创新，发挥出其巨大的发展潜力，成为城市经济重要增长点。国内学者对于企业物流方面研究的比较多，相较而言对于城市物流研究并不是很多，对城市物流运营模式这块研究也相对比较少，城市物流发展的好坏取决于城市物流运营模式的选择，城市物流已显然成为建设现代化城市的重要内容，因此研究城市物流运营模式具有重要意义。

1.3 研究内容

本文以城市物流的发展为背景，着眼于城市物流运营模式研究。通过查阅相关文献研究，介绍其概念特点以创新运营模式的应用。
