摘 要
当前的买方市场环境下,对于零售企业来说,产品退换是难以避免的。同时,市场之间竞争激烈,很多情况下企业不得不放宽对顾客退换货的限制来让顾客满意,提高满意度和市场占有率。当前,大部分针对零售企业的研究都是在正向物流方面,对于退货逆向物流的研究尚少,基本处于初级阶段,所以,退货逆向物流的利用价值有待发掘和利用。
零售企业作为连接上游供应商和下游顾客的纽带,在处理退货时既要考虑到各方的需求又要结合企业的自身条件,因此,它的退货物流系统会比其他企业更加繁琐。苏果超市作为一家大型的连锁零售企业,同样面临着退货带来的各种问题。本文选其作为研究对象,运用文献研究法、实地调查法、问卷调查法,针对其退货原因、退货流程、退货问题及成因进行具体分析,旨在从产品质量、退货政策、退货流程、信息化等角度提出相应的优化方案,完善超市退货环节,以提供高水平的服务来维持客户的满意度忠诚度,让苏果超市在零售企业中占有一席之地。
通过本文对苏果超市退货逆向物流的研究,对于线下零售企业优化退货逆向物流系统具有现实意义。

Research on Reverse Logistics Management of Returns
in Suguo Supermarket
Abstract
Under the current buyer's market environment, product return is inevitable for retail enterprises. At the same time, the fierce competition between the markets has prompted enterprises to continuously relax the restrictions on customer returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction and product market share. At present, most of the research on retail enterprises focuses on the forward logistics. The research on reverse logistics of returns is still in its infancy, and its utilization value needs to be explored and utilized.
As a link between upstream suppliers and downstream customers, retail enterprises need to consider the needs of all parties and the conditions of their own enterprises in the process of returning goods. Therefore, the system of returning goods flow of retail enterprises is more complicated than other enterprises. As a large chain retail enterprise, Suguo Supermarket is also facing various problems caused by returns. This paper chooses it as the research object, and makes a concrete analysis of the reasons, processes, problems and causes of returns by means of literature research, field survey and questionnaire survey, aiming at putting forward corresponding optimization schemes from the angles of product quality, returns policy, returns process and informationization, perfecting the returns link of supermarkets, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty with a higher level of service, so that Suguo Supermarket can occupy a place in retail enterprises. Land.
Through the research on the reverse logistics of returns in Suguo Supermarket, it has practical significance for the offline retail enterprises to optimize the reverse logistics system of returns.
