南京市物流企业空间演化特征及机制研究

摘 要

在供给侧结构性改革与新常态的驱动下，物流业作为第三利润源泉，对城市经济的发展具有推动作用。物流作为我国新型产业，将会成为我国经济发展新的增长点。伴随着经济转型发展，物流企业的空间布局发展也逐渐向集聚型和扩散型模式进行转变，空间演化方式越加多样化。良好的选址规划，能够加快物流企业与制造业、交通运输业等企业的融合，共同推动城市经济的发展，形成相互合作、紧密联系的产业格局。

本文首先通过运用核密度分析法、圈层分析法，建立南京市不同时间段物流企业的演化过程模型，分析物流企业在不同时间段的空间分布特征。接着，通过定性分析，从自然历史条件、政府政策规划、区位影响因素、经济发展因素四个方面来探究南京市物流企业空间演化机制。最后通过演化特征、演化机制来对南京市未来物流企业空间演化进行趋势预测。

通过模型构建，得到南京市物流企业空间布局从以前的“单中心”向“多中心”转变发展，考虑到经济、成本问题，企业逐渐向郊区发展。影响企业空间布局的因素多种多样，是一个较为复杂的机制。

Study on Spatial Evolution Characteristics and Mechanism of Logistics Enterprises in Nanjing

Abstract

Driven by the structural reform of supply-side and the new normal, logistics industry as the third source of profits, plays a driving role in urban economic development. Logistics, as a new industry in China, will become a new growth point of China's economic development. Along with the economic transformation and development, the spatial layout of logistics enterprises is gradually changing to the pattern of agglomeration and diffusion, and the spatial evolution mode is becoming more and more diversified. Good site selection planning can accelerate the integration of logistics enterprises, manufacturing enterprises, transportation enterprises and other enterprises, jointly promote the development of urban economy, and form an industrial pattern of mutual cooperation and close contact.

In this paper, the evolution process model of logistics enterprises in different time periods in nanjing was firstly established by using kernel density analysis and ring layer analysis, and the spatial distribution characteristics of logistics enterprises in different time periods were analyzed. Then, through qualitative analysis, the spatial evolution mechanism of logistics enterprises in nanjing is explored from four aspects: natural historical conditions, government policy planning, location influencing factors and economic development factors. Finally, the evolution characteristics and mechanism are used to predict the future spatial evolution of logistics enterprises in nanjing.

Through the model construction, the spatial layout of logistics enterprises in nanjing is transformed from "single center" to "multi-center". Considering the economic and cost problems, enterprises are gradually developing to the suburbs. The factors that influence the spatial layout of enterprises are various and complex.
