摘 要
电商的迅速发展,使得很多企业把物流视为自身的“核心竞争力”; 在仓储物流方面,五星电器选择的是把物流外包给实力更强的第三方物流企业,而非自营,借势增强自身的竞争力。本文重点研究的就是五星电器外包给第三方的仓储物流,通过理论研究、现场调研,发现其在仓储管理过程中的问题;提出相应的优化方案,以供企业借鉴;使五星在仓储物流这块最终真正的做到“降本增效”。
本文以五星电器外包仓B3仓库为例,首先通过理论研究,了解了中外仓储物流现状和具体的改善策略。其次介绍了B3仓库的现状和问题,根据现场走访调查等,发现其在仓储管理过程中存在以下四个问题:拣选效率低,装卸作业不科学,安全管理存在漏洞,仓储成本居高且构成不合理;同时并辅于ABC成本分析法、成本比值法和鱼骨图归纳法等。最后根据描述的四个问题,相应的提出了优化方案,如对货物进行ABC分类摆放,“先进先出”和“后今后出”相结合的出库方式等;以供五星电器企业在日后的仓储管理中得以借鉴,目的就是使其在仓储运作管理中更加高效,提升客户的满意度,降低企业成本,增加利润。
总之,科技才是第一生产力。五星电器要想保持持久的竞争力,在仓储物流这块,需要加大对智能化建设的投入。

Five Star Electrical Longtan B3 Warehouse Warehousing Rationalization Research
Abstract
The rapid development of e-commerce makes many enterprises regard logistics as their "core competitiveness". In terms of warehousing and logistics, five star chose to outsource the logistics to a stronger third-party logistics enterprise instead of self-operation, so as to enhance its competitiveness. This paper focuses on the warehousing logistics outsourced by five star to a third party. Through theoretical research and field investigation, it finds out the problems in the warehousing management process. Put forward the corresponding optimization scheme for the reference of enterprises; So that five star in the warehousing logistics this final real achieve "cost reduction and efficiency".
This paper takes the B3 warehouse of five star electric appliances outsourcing warehouse as an example. First of all, through theoretical research, it understands the current situation of warehousing and logistics in China and foreign countries and specific improvement strategies. Secondly, the status quo and problems of B3 warehouse are introduced. According to field visits and investigations, the following four problems are found in the process of warehouse management. At the same time, ABC cost analysis method, cost ratio method and fish bone diagram induction method. Finally, according to the four problems described, the corresponding optimization plan is proposed, such as ABC classification of goods, "first in first out" and "later in future out" combined with the way of delivery; The purpose is to make it more efficient in warehouse operation management, improve customer satisfaction, reduce enterprise cost and increase profit.
In short, technology is the primary productive force. In order to maintain lasting competitiveness, five star needs to increase investment in intelligent construction in warehousing and logistics.

电商的迅猛发展促进了物流业的快速发展,被行业称为“第三利润源”的物流,由此成为了当今各企业的核心竞争力,所以提高物流各环节的效率,降低其成本就显得尤为重要。
而仓储作为物流中最重要的一环,在向物流要利润的今天,仓储在各行各业中的地位就显得尤为突出;近年来,我国政府对仓储业的发展也尤为的重视,相关部门已围绕京津冀区域开展物流标准化试点,拟打造高效快捷的智能化物流体系,同时中国物流协会根据“十三五”规划对未来物流行业的智慧物流也提出了新的构想,仓储管理也呈现出良好的发展势头。政府在资金投入和技术引进方面同时加大了力度,为仓储物流的发展提供了一个较为优越的环境。
