大型电商仓储管理研究-以苏宁易购为例

摘 要

我国电子商务在互联网、大数据快速发展的环境下进入了新的阶段，涉及到的领域和市场规模不断扩大，消费群体也出现了爆炸式的增长。电子商务与我们的生活联系的日益紧密，也通过多种渠道渗透到国民经济中去，深度融合于社会各方面的经济发展，对我国的社会经济形式和流通方式有了很深的影响。物流业的快速发展得益于电子商务的发展，在社会经济形势中物流业和电子商务相互融合相互促进。目前来看，物流业的发展还不能跟上电子商务的发展，相对应的配套服务远不能满足电子商务的要求，其中很重要的一个就是仓储管理服务，仓储最为供应链中很重要的一个环节，它的发展对电子商务乃至社会经济形态都有很大的影响。好的仓储管理可以提供给物流、电子商务的更强的发展推动力，使相关企业更好更快的发展下去。

在电子商务快速发展的同时，也对仓储管理提出了更高的要求。从目前数据来看，我国仓储的发展远不能满足电子商务行业对其的需求，严重阻碍电子商务企业的发展。电子商务企业管理水准、运营效率很大程度取决于仓储管理水平，也正是因为如此，近些年如何优化和提升仓储管理水平这一问题被越来越多的电商企业所研究。

本文通过对大型电商企业苏宁易购南京仓某库实地的调研，结合苏宁易购仓储管理实际情况，发现其现存的一些问题，通过实地走访调查和查阅相关文献资料数据，对发现的问题提出了相对应的优化建议，为南京仓某库解决实际存在的一些问题，目的是建立有效的仓储管理模式、减少相关成本支出，提升仓储管理效率。同时希望本文发现的问题和提出的优化建议，可以为相关企业在仓储管理中提供。

Research on Warehousing Management of Large-scale E-commerce
——Take Suning as an example

Abstract

China's e-commerce has entered a new stage under the rapid development of the Internet and big data. The fields and market scale involved have been expanding, and the consumer groups have also experienced explosive growth. E-commerce is closely related to our daily life. It also penetrates into the national economy through various channels and deeply integrates with the economic development of all aspects of society. It has a profound impact on the social and economic forms and circulation modes of our country. The rapid development of logistics industry benefits from the development of e-commerce. In the social and economic situation, the integration of logistics industry and e-commerce promotes each other. At present, the development of logistics industry can’t keep pace with the development of e-commerce, and the corresponding supporting services can’t meet the requirements of e-commerce. One of the most important is warehousing management services. Warehousing is the most important link in the supply chain. Its development has a great impact on e-commerce and even social and economic form. Good warehousing management can provide a stronger impetus for the development of logistics and e-commerce, and make related enterprises develop better and faster.

With the rapid development of e-commerce, higher requirements have been put forward for warehousing management. From the current data, the development of warehousing in China is far from meeting the needs of e-commerce industry, which seriously hinders the development of e-commerce enterprises. In recent years, more and more e-commerce enterprises have studied how to optimize and improve the level of warehouse management, because the management level and operation efficiency of e-commerce enterprises largely depend on the level of warehouse management.

Based on the field investigation of a warehouse in Nanjing, a large-scale e-commerce enterprise, and combined with the actual situation of the warehouse management in Suning, this paper finds out some existing problems. Through field investigation and consulting relevant literature and data, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for the problems found, and solves some practical problems for a warehouse in Nanjing, with the aim of establishing an effective warehouse. Warehousing management model, reduce related cost expenditure, improve the efficiency of warehousing management. At the same time, it is hoped that the problems found in this paper and the optimization suggestions can be provided for the relevant enterprises in warehousing management.
