J企业物流系统优化研究

摘 要

随着社会主义市场经济和高新技术的不断发展，物流也得到了快速发展，可许多企业的物流管理能力却无法匹配公司的发展规模，因此企业对物流系统进行合理优化已经迫在眉睫。良好运作的物流系统给企业的业务发展奠定了强有力的基础，帮助企业降低物流成本，最终提高企业的市场竞争力。

作为中国第一家专注农牧的物流企业，J企业的业务与许多普货物流企业差异较大，但其物流系统十分重要，在企业的管理运作中起着关键性的作用。对J企业物流系统中的订单管理系统、调度管理系统、运费结算管控系统、数据分析系统等几个方面进行分析，从中找出企业运作中待解决的问题，并提出优化措施，从而为企业提高物流管理效率提供参考。

Research on J Enterprise Logistics System Optimization

Abstract

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and high and new technology, logistics has also developed rapidly. However, the logistics management ability of many enterprises can not match the development scale of their companies, so it is urgent for enterprises to reasonably optimize the logistics system. A well-functioning logistics system lays a strong foundation for the business development of enterprises, helps enterprises reduce logistics costs, and ultimately improves the market competitiveness of enterprises.

As the first logistics enterprise focusing on agriculture and animal husbandry in China, J business differs greatly from that of many general goods flow enterprises, but its logistics system is very important and plays a key role in the management and operation of the enterprise. Analyzing the order management system, scheduling management system, freight settlement control system, data analysis system and other aspects of the logistics system of J enterprise, finding out the problems to be solved in the operation of the enterprise, and putting forward optimization measures can provide reference for enterprises to improve the efficiency of logistics management.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

物流被称作是“第三利润源泉”，随着社会主义市场经济的发展，物流对经济活动的影响重大，人们对物流也越发重视。而凭借物流系统，企业可以对内部的物流进行更有效的管理，因此对物流系统不断改善是企业发展的需要，也能使企业更好的适应市场变化。顾客的需求日益呈现出个性化的特点，使得企业要准确迅速地对变化的市场作出反应。伴随全球经济一体化的到来，市场竞争逐步趋于一体化和国际化，使企业对物流管理越来越重视，加上高新技术的发展，企业必须要优化内部的物流系统。

农业在国民经济中起着重要作用，而畜牧业在农业生产结构中所占的比例越来越高，我国的畜牧业发展速度呈现整体增加的趋势，2013-2020年我国畜牧业产值如图1.1所示。尽管2017年、2018年的总产值受宏观经济环境等因素的影响有所下降，但近两年开始大幅回升，2019年我国畜牧业总产值较2018年增长4366.95亿元，同比增长15.22%，我国畜牧业产品平均生产价格指数持续增长，2020年全国畜牧业产品平均生产价格指数增长至142。我国对畜牧业发展十分重视，到2025年畜禽粪污综合利用率和畜禽养殖规模化率分别达到80%以上和70%以上，据此估计未来我国畜牧业总产值将继续稳定增长。
