摘 要
随着移动互联网信息技术的发展与进步和广大消费者要求的不断提高,运用了物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术,对其在产品的生产、流通、销售全过程中都进行了革命性的改造,促进了线上、线下、物流这三者的有机融合已经逐渐成为了一种全新的发展趋势。近两年来,新零售业态正如雨后春笋般层出不穷,线上、线下之间相互竞争的关系已经不再适应时代发展,只有线上、线下相融合才是必然趋势。
本文主要通过文献研究的方法,借鉴国内外的一些关于新零售的参考文献,首先介绍新零售方面的相关理论,接着阐述盒马鲜生的发展现状并进行分析,提出建议。论文的一二章对新零售的发展进行了介绍,三四章通过对盒马鲜生在新零售模式下的发展现状分析,发现盒马鲜生存在需求量与库存不协调、用户体验有待提高、生鲜冷链物流发展较为落后、专业生鲜产品物流人才稀缺等问题,第五章给出了针对这些问题的解决策略和改进措施。
通过对盒马鲜生的研究,可以发现盒马鲜生虽然在新零售模式下得到了很好的发展,但是也存在这很多的问题,这不仅需要盒马鲜生内部进行改善,也需要员工更具有凝聚力,这样盒马鲜生才能在行业内越来越好,进一步提高自己的竞争力。

Investigation and Research on Typical New Retail Online and Offline Integration Case -- Taking Freshippo as an Example
Abstract
With the development of mobile Internet information technology and the requirement of customers is increasing, the use of the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, such as a new generation of information technology, for its production, circulation, sales of the product in the whole process of the revolutionary transformation, promoted online, offline, and the organic integration of logistics has gradually become a new trend. In the past two years, new retail formats have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The relationship between online and offline competition is no longer suitable for the development of The Times. Only the integration of online and offline is the inevitable trend.
This paper mainly through the method of literature research, drawing on some domestic and foreign references on the new retail, first introduces the relevant theory of new retail, and then describes the development status of Hema fresh and analysis, put forward suggestions. Chapter one and two of the paper introduces the development of new retail. Chapter three analyzes the development status of Hema Fresh under the new retail mode, and finds that Hema Fresh exists in problems such as the disharmony between demand and inventory, the need to improve user experience, the backward development of fresh cold chain logistics, and the scarcity of professional fresh product logistics talents. The fifth chapter gives the solution strategy and improvement measures for these problems.
