摘 要

随着社会经济全球化进程的进一步发展，我国改革开放程度不断加深，各地区间的经济贸易往来日益增加。物流行业作为集运输，仓储，包装，信息管理等为一体的综合性服务行业，是连接沟通各地区的桥梁和纽带，在推动经济发展好和起到了不可忽视的作用。从地区比较优势的角度出发，采用定性和定量研究的方法，评价了南京地区的物流竞争力。通过构建指标模型，选取了五个一级指标十六个二级指标，建立了相应的评价体系。它不仅提供了对各个地区物流发展现状的了解，而且对相关部门出台制定相应政策方针具有科学指导意义。深入研究南京地区物流竞争力，对提高该地区物流竞争力以及区域城市综合竞争力起到重要作用。

从当前已有的研究来看，从各个角度进行综合分析，对南京地区物流竞争力进行综合评价分析的还比较少。本文通过客观分析南京地区物流发展状况，从区域的经济发展水平，区域物流的需求规模，基础设施水平，作业能力，人才和环境竞争力的角度出发，结合熵权法对南京地区的物流水平展开总体综合和分类评价分析，并结合南京地区自身特点依据分析结果，提出发展建议，以此来提高南京地区的物流竞争力水平。

Research on Logistics Competitiveness of Nanjing on
the Entropy Weight Method Model

Abstract

With the further development of the socio-economic globalization process, the degree of reform and opening up in our country has continued to deepen, and economic and trade exchanges between various regions have been increasing. As a comprehensive service industry integrating transportation, warehousing, packaging, and information management, the logistics industry is a bridge and link that connects and communicates with various regions, and plays an important role in promoting economic development. From the perspective of regional comparative advantages, qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to evaluate the logistics competitiveness of Nanjing. By constructing an indicator model, five first-level indicators and sixteen second-level indicators were selected, and a corresponding evaluation system was established. It not only provides an understanding of the current status of logistics development in various regions, but also has scientific guiding significance for relevant departments to formulate corresponding policies and guidelines. In-depth study of the logistics competitiveness of the Nanjing area will play an important role in improving the logistics competitiveness of the area and the comprehensive competitiveness of regional cities.

Judging from the current existing research, there are relatively few comprehensive evaluations and analyses on the logistics competitiveness of Nanjing from various angles. This article analyzes the logistics development status of Nanjing area objectively, from the perspective of regional economic development level, regional logistics demand scale, infrastructure level, operational capability, talents and environmental competitiveness, combined with entropy method to expand the logistics level of Nanjing area. Overall synthesis and classification evaluation analysis, combined with the Nanjing area's own characteristics based on the analysis results, put forward development suggestions, in order to improve the level of logistics competitiveness of Nanjing area.

随着社会经济全球化进程的进一步发展，我国改革开放程度不断加深，各地区间的经济贸易往来日益增加。物流行业作为集运输，仓储，包装，信息管理等为一体的综合性服务行业，是连接沟通各地区的桥梁和纽带，在推动经济发展好和起到了不可忽视的作用。

目前，我国宏观经济政策仍以改变经济发展模式、产业结构优化升级为主题。物流业作为国家经济发展的第三利润源泉，对经济增长起到推动作用。目前，物流行业已经发展成为中国经济的一个新的增长点，伴随着阿里巴巴等电子商务的兴起，越来越多个人客户使用到物流，物流业的需求不断增加，提高物流业的发展成为当务之急。人们对于物流服务的要求也愈来愈高，人们的生活方式也在不断地由繁化简，导致区域城市物流的发展环境发生了极大的转变。
