摘 要

物流业的蓬勃发展加剧了企业的竞争。如何利用创新技术将业务推出红海，是很多物流企业都在思考的问题。企业数字化转型正在从“互联网 ”向“人工智能 ”推进，人工智能 物流正在成为不可忽视的变革力量。科学技术是第一生产力，物流业的发展离不开技术的支持，科技创新对产业升级具有重要作用。物流技术水平的高低决定了物流业发展的速度和质量。而目前人工智能技术的研究与发展已经取得了阶段性的成果，随着人工智能技术的不断落地商用，物流行业也必将借助人工智能实现产业升级，进入智能物流新时代。目前管理混乱、人工操作不规范、智能化水平低的突出问题是B公司乃至国内第三方物流仓储行业的现状。这些问题不仅导致工作效率低下和存储容量减少，而且不能满足当前社会日益增长的物流运作需求。因此，研究人工智能技术在 B 企业物流系统中的应用前景和对策，对于B企业和物流业的发展具有重要的现实意义。在此背景下，本文对企业B的物流模式进行了调查，并对调查结果进行了分析，研究了人工智能技术在企业B物流系统中的应用前景，促进产业结构的调整和动能的转化，可以为企业B的发展带来新的机遇。本文选择 B 公司发展智能物流的战略应用为研究对象，借鉴国内外实施企业的经验，结合B公司目前的物流业务模式和特点，研究发展智能物流的意义和必要性。

随着我国物流行业的快速发展，物流企业间的竞争已经逐渐转变为人工智能技术应用的竞争。推动物流业从劳动密集型产业向知识技术型产业改革是社会发展的必然要求。企业的技术改革正在从“互联网 ”向“AI ”递进，“AI 物流”成为企业数字化转型中不可忽视的变革力量。本篇文章主要是分析了“AI 物流”在B公司的应用前景并提出应用方案，研究了人工智能技术及产品在B公司的物流作业流程中的应用情况与效果。
