摘 要

基于物流新技术开发的新型供应链管理系统，通过对供应链各个环节的可视化、智能化、自动化管理，有效帮助中小型企业降低运作成本，提高市场竞争力，提高了企业供应链管理信息化水平，从而提升了企业整个供应链的运作效率。本次研究采用了相关文献参考、统计归纳、实地企业考察、分析市场等研究方法，针对L企业供应链管理存在的问题，引进了物流新技术建立起L企业的新型供应链管理系统，使得企业各个供应链环节能够更有效率的相辅相成，降低了供应链管理成本。通过对物流新技术的多方面研究和L企业的新型供应链管理系统的具体实施带来的企业利益，明确了将物流新技术运用到企业供应链管理中的重要性。针对L企业的供应链管理引进物流新技术的利益导向，得出以下结论：第一通过运用物流新技术(物联网、大数据、5G等)，在研究方法和技术的支持下进行实践总结，构建出以物联网和大数据为核心载体，多种物流新技术并用的新型供应链管理系统。第二在构建好的新型供应链管理系统支持下，为企业的供应链构建优化方案，帮助企业降低供应链成本，扩展企业多项业务，在市场中占据一定的主导地位。

Research on supply chain management of L enterprise based on new logistics technology

Abstract

A new supply chain management system developed based on new logistics technologies, through the visualization, intelligent, and automated management of all links in the supply chain, effectively helping small and medium-sized enterprises reduce operating costs, improve market competitiveness, and improve the information level of enterprise supply chain management , Thereby improving the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain of the enterprise. This study adopted relevant literature references, statistical induction, field enterprise surveys, market analysis and other research methods. Aiming at the problems in the supply chain management of L enterprises, the new logistics technology was introduced to establish a new supply chain management system for L enterprises. Various supply chain links can complement each other more efficiently, reducing supply chain management costs. Through the multi-faceted research of new logistics technology and the specific implementation of L enterprise's new supply chain management system, the importance of applying new logistics technology to enterprise supply chain management has been clarified. Aiming at the benefit orientation of the introduction of new logistics technologies in the supply chain management of L enterprise, the following conclusions are drawn: First, through the use of new logistics technologies (Internet of Things, big data, 5G, etc.), practice summary with the support of research methods and technologies, A new type of supply chain management system that uses the Internet of Things and big data as the core carrier and uses a variety of new logistics technologies. Second, with the support of a well-built new supply chain management system, we will build an optimized solution for the company's supply chain, help companies reduce supply chain costs, expand their multiple businesses, and occupy a certain dominant position in the market.

1.1 物流新技术和供应链管理研究背景

随着科学技术的不断发展和进步，进入21世纪后的全球化信息化网络和市场的形成导致一个产品在市场上的竞争十分强烈。在同一个市场中的产品价格已经不在是一个秘密，每个人都能通过网络获取其定价。这就使得如果要在这样的一个市场环境站住脚跟，获得最大利润企业就得从供应链物流成本入手。因为物流成本已经成为企业获得利润的“第三源泉”，也就是产品利润的重要一环。所以企业需要引进物流新技术和供应链管理相结合才能降低供应链物流成本获得更多利润。在当今这种信息化和数据化的时代，一个企业要在市场上占到一个有利地位就要学会引进信息化和数据化的物流新技术的新型供应链管理。

供应链是一个订单从签订到产品抵达到客户手中时中间发生的所有过程，其中包括原料采购、入库、生产、仓储、出库、运输配送等。在这个过程中需要供应商、制造商、物流商、集成商、批发零售商的密切配合。这些过程中往往会带来许多不必要的成本，企业制定方案来减少这些不必要的成本就能提高产品带给企业的利润。供应链管理就是通过信息系统技术把供应链上涉及的环节和业务流程全部集成起来实现信息化和自动化管理。在这集成的过程中物流占到了很大的作用，环节与环节之间的连接往往离不开产品的流动和运输。所以供应链管理中用到的信息系统技术中物流新技术要有很重要的贡献。
