摘 要

采购是每个企业生产经营活动中的十分重要的一个环节，企业采购活动的不断改善、对采购活动的提高管理等一系列都对企业的持续发展具有十分重要的意义，电子采购是在全球经济化与信息化快速发展下随之产生的一种新型的采购模式。

本文主要研究的是企业的采购管理，分析电子采购的特点、主要模式和实施现状，并结合每个企业的情况来选择适合企业本身的电子采购模式。使用SWOT力图来分析我国企业实施电子采购可行性。

其次，本文以江苏靖隆合金钢机械制造有限公司作为研究的对象，分析江苏靖隆合金钢机械制造有限公司的外部环境、内部条件以及其目前的采购流程状况，之后再为江苏靖隆合金钢机械制造有限公司提出建议，选择适合其本身电子采购的模式。然后分析每个电子采购模式再具体实施的时候会产生的利弊关系，提出最适合江苏靖隆合金钢机械制造有限公司实施的电子采购模式，并分析采用该电子采购模式下的江苏靖隆合金钢机械制造有限公司可能会面对的一些问题，并对此提出解决方案。

Feasibility Analysis of E-Purchasing

Abstract

Procurement is a very important link in the production and operation of every enterprise. The continuous improvement of purchasing activities and the improvement of management of purchasing activities are of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises. E-procurement is a new kind of purchasing mode which comes into being with the rapid development of global economy and information technology.

This paper mainly studies the procurement management of enterprises, analyzes the characteristics of electronic procurement, the main mode and implementation status, and combines the situation of each enterprise to choose the e-procurement model suitable for the enterprise itself. SWOT is used to analyze the feasibility of electronic procurement in Chinese enterprises.

Secondly, this paper, taking Jiangsu Jinglong Alloy Steel Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the object of study, analyzes the external environment, internal conditions and the current purchasing process status of Jiangsu Jinglong Alloy Steel Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and then puts forward some suggestions for the limited company of Jinglong alloy steel machinery manufacturing, choosing suitable for its own electronic mining. Mode of purchase.Then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each electronic procurement model when it is implemented, and puts forward the best electronic procurement model for Jiangsu Jinglong Alloy Steel Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Some problems that may be faced by Jiangsu Jinglong Alloy Steel Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd under the electronic purchasing mode are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward.

1.1 研究背景

21世纪，数字化、网络化和信息化已成为最为明显的特征。在经济全球化与信息化的快速发展下，电子信息技术对经济贸易产生着不可忽视的影响。电子商务作为一种新型的贸易方式，对降低成本、增加机会、简化流程、提高效率、改善服务和加速交流等方面有着极大的便利，引导着积极满意的未来发展方向。信息技术的不断发展，使得电子商务涉及到的方面也越来越广泛，这样企业也能够更加及时且方便的浏览信息，管理的有效性和科学性也不断的提升了。与此同时，电子采购也就随着电子商务的发展进步应运而生且越来越被广泛应用。

电子采购最先于20世纪90年代在美国出现，一开始只是简单的一对一的电子数据交换系统，但是实施起来弊端较多，如费用庞大，难以承担，没有统一的标准，难以沟通，且只能为一家买家服务，具有封闭性等，所以在当时并未能得到广泛的应用。随着经济全球化于信息化的快速发展，电子采购平台越来越完善，电子采购也越来越被广泛应用。
