摘 要

中国自改革开放后发展迅猛，尤其是进入21世纪以来，中国企业在不断地发展和壮大。随着经济面向全球化发展，为了满足人们的需求，各行各业在不断进行着改革和创新，对于制造型企业而言，想要立足于世界，在生产管理方式上进行转变是十分重要的，库存管理就是其中的一个方面。库存是企业生产经营中必不可少的一部分，是企业各个环节进行流通生产的前提。尤其对制造企业而言，是其根之本。合理化的库存能够帮助企业扩大生产规模，提高生产效率，维持企业的正常运营。有效的库存管理可以为企业节约资金，提高生产效率，为企业的发展提供物料保障，从而加快企业现代化脚步的发展。

文章首先根据相关资料对库存及库存管理做一个大致了解，了解库存、库存管理的重要性和意义等。其次通过对A企业的库存管理现状研究，掌握A企业库存的布局，发现风险等，主要用ABC分类法模型去解决A企业的库存管理存在的问题，并进行库存管理策略优化研究，弥补库存上的不足，同时对企业库存管理模式进行探索，从而为企业带来正确的库存管理方式，实现企业最大化的利润，加快资金的流通速率，维持企业正常生产经营运转。最后进一步来为企业提出一些宝贵的建议，发现企业仍需解决的问题。

Research on The Inventory Management Strategy of A Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China has developed rapidly, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, Chinese enterprises have been developing and growing. As the economy geared to the needs of development of globalization, in order to meet the demand of people, from all walks of life in the ongoing reform and innovation, for manufacturing enterprise, want to have a foothold in the world, in the mode of production and management of change is very important, inventory management is one of the aspects. Inventory is an indispensable part of the production and operation of enterprises, which is the premise of the circulation production of all parts of the enterprise. Especially for manufacturing enterprises, it is the root of its roots. The rationalized stock can help enterprises expand production scale, improve production efficiency and maintain the normal operation of enterprises. Effective inventory management can save money for enterprises, improve production efficiency and provide material guarantee for the development of enterprises, thus speeding up the development of enterprise modernization.

The article firstly makes a general understanding of inventory and inventory management according to relevant data, and understands the importance and significance of inventory and inventory management. Second through the study of A enterprise's inventory management present situation, grasp the layout of A business inventories, found that risk and so on, mainly using the ABC classification to solve the problems of inventory management of A enterprise, and to optimize inventory management strategy research, make up for the lack of inventory, at the same time to make A study of enterprise inventory management mode so as to bring the right inventory management for enterprise, to maximize enterprise profits, to speed up the capital flow rate, maintain the normal production and business operation. Finally, some valuable Suggestions are put forward for enterprises to find out the problems that enterprises still need to solve.

1.1 研究背景

21世纪是一个充满信息化、科技化、经济化的社会，世界在与时进步，各行各业在不断发展。同时诸多的挑战和竞争压力面临着也随之而来。为了能够在众多竞争者中脱颖而出，企业需要不断的转变着自己的角色。对于制造业而言，依靠着强大的劳动力和大规模的生产数量，在各领域占据了一席之位。然而，由于企业产品积压、订单物资不足、资源生产分配不合理等问题的存在，时时刻刻受到来自同行和其他领域企业的竞争威胁。因此，为了能够适应社会发展的需要，制造企业可以通过改变生产经营方式去跟随时代潮流，以便寻求更好的发展空间，从而满足其最终目标。

库存是生产活动中的重要组成部分，每个企业或多或少都有一些库存。然而，库存对企业来说既是一种闲置资源，不仅不会在生产经营中创造价值，反而还会占用企业的运营资金从而增加企业的成本，但同时又是重要资源，在面临紧急情况时，需要一定的库存来解决物资不足问题。因此，库存管理就是其中的一个调整策略，是企业进行改革的重要方向。库存管理是供应链上的重要一部分，能够满足生产与销售的需要，进行库存控制，可以给企业带来更多的利用空间以及节约了更多的成本和劳动力。寻求一个恰当的库存水平，对企业而言，可以提供理论和实践意义。

1.2 研究目的及意义

对A制造企业库存管理策略研究，其主要目的是为了通过A制造企业的库存现状等了解当今社会绝大多数制造型企业所面临的转型难点及未来的发展趋势，同时解决A企业所面临的库存问题，提出有效的解决方案，以此达到合理的库存水平，从而提高企业的生产效率，促进企业的生产环节发展，为企业提供更安全的保障，加快企业现代化的发展，实现企业的利润。并为企业提高竞争力。
