长三角城市群物流竞争力评价与比较分析

摘 要

现代物流业的发展对于区域经济发展起着重要作用，它已经成为了国民经济的支柱之一。因此，我们应该重视物流业的发展。然而，一个区域的城市之间物流发展水平是层次不齐的，为了了解区域内各城市物流发展水平，并且改进整个区域甚至全国的物流发展水平，要对整个区域的物流竞争力进行评价研究。

长三角城市群是中国最大的城市群，它由23个城市构成，包括上海，南京，苏州，无锡等重要城市，生产总值达到国家比重的百分之四十，对整个国家的经济发展而言有着巨大的作用。政府十分重视物流业的发展，与此同时长三角城市群内部各个城市之间还是存在着物流发展差异性大的问题，这影响了整个区域物流竞争力的提高。

本文首先研究了城市物流竞争力的理论体系，然后根据长三角城市群的实际情况制定了指标选取原则，将长三角城市群中的16个城市的相关数据进行归一化操作后作为样本数据构建物流竞争力评价体系，在基于熵权法和层次分析法的基础上进行优化，构建了E-AHP物流竞争力评价体系，对长三角城市群物流竞争力进行定量分析，得出物流竞争力排名。最后再对16个城市进行层次聚类，分析各个城市之间的共性和异性。

Evaluation and comparative analysis of logistics competitiveness in Yangtze river delta city agglomeration

Abstract

The development of modern logistics is important to the development of regional economy. It has been one of the supports for national economy. Therefore, we should attach importance to the development of logistics. However, the level of the development of logistics among cities is different. To know the level of the development of logistics among cities in a region, and increase the level of the whole region or even the whole country, the logistics competitiveness of the whole region should be evaluated.

Yangtze River Delta urban cluster is the largest urban cluster in China, it contains 23 cities including Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou and other important cities. Its population and GDP account for 40% of the country"s total. It has the important impact on the economy of the country. The government pays attention to the development of logistics，however, there is still a big difference in logistics development among cities in the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration, which affects the improvement of logistics competitiveness of the whole region.

This paper first studies the theoretical system of urban logistics competitiveness, and then formulates the principle of index selection based on the actual situation of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The data of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are normalized and constructed as sample data. The logistics competitiveness evaluation system is optimized based on the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process, and the E-AHP logistics competitiveness evaluation system is constructed. The logistics competitiveness of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is quantitatively analyzed, and the logistics competitiveness ranking is obtained. Finally, 16 cities are hierarchically clustered to analyze the commonalities and opposite sexes between cities.
