物流业发展对区域经济增长的贡献研究——以南京为例

摘 要

随着国民经济结构不断的调整，物流业在国民经济的增长发挥着越来越重要的作用。南京具有承接东部发达经济向中西部地区辐射的重要战略地位，且物流发展区位优势较为突出，因此成为了全国性物流节点城市中的一员，近年来南京物流业的大力发展也带动着南京经济的增长。为了更好的理解物流业发展与区域经济增长这两者之间的关系，以及前者对后者的贡献情况，寻求科学的、有针对性的发展计划促进南京市物流业的发展，以带动南京市经济结构的转型，进行了以南京市为背景的物流业发展对区域经济增长贡献的实证研究。

首先对物流业发展相关理论以及区域经济发展相关理论进行阐述，对南京物流业以及经济发展现状进行分析。研究发现，南京市物流业发展现状总体来说正在处于不断发展不断优化的阶段，但其在提高产业竞争力以及提高物流企业发展质量方面还有很大的发展空间，而南京市经济正在稳健发展，总体呈现上升趋势，结构得到进一步优化调整。其次是进行南京物流业发展对区域经济增长贡献的实证研究，选取货物运输总量、货物运输周转量以及物流增加值作为物流业发展水平指标、地区生产总值作为区域经济增长指标，利用脉冲响应函数建立一个脉冲响应模型并对其进行分析，结果表明南京物流业发展长期来看对区域经济增长的贡献作用显著，其中短期内货物运输总量对区域经济增长的贡献最为明显，货物运输周转量对区域经济增长具有平稳的拉动作用，短期内的物流业增加值的增长对区域经济增长有负面影响但影响并不显著。根据实证分析结果与南京市实际情况，对南京物流业发展提出了加强物流基础设施建设、提高物流现代化水平、强化物流人才的培养、促进第三方物流发展四点建议。

Research on the Contribution of Logistics Industry Development to Regional Economic Growth——Taking Nanjing as an Example

Abstract

As the national economic structure adjustment, the growth of the logistics industry in the national economy is playing an increasingly important role. Nanjing has an important strategic position to undertake the radiation from the developed eastern economy to the central and western regions, and the location advantage of logistics development is more prominent. Therefore, it has become a member of the national logistics node city. In recent years, nanjing logistics developing has also driven economic growth. In order to better understand the relationship between the development of logistics industry and regional economic growth, and the contribution of the former to the latter, find a scientific and targeted development plan to promote the development of logistics industry in Nanjing to drive Nanjing. The transformation of the city"s economic structure has carried out an empirical study on the contribution of the development of the logistics industry in the context of Nanjing to regional economic growth.

First of all, it expounds the theory of logistics industry development and the theory of regional economic development, and analyzes the status quo of Nanjing logistics industry and economic development. The study found that the development status of the logistics industry in Nanjing is generally in the stage of continuous development and optimization. However, there is still much room for development in improving industrial competitiveness and improving the quality of logistics enterprises. The economy of Nanjing is developing steadily, showing an overall upward trend, and the structure has been further optimized and adjusted. Secondly, it is an empirical study on the contribution of the development of Nanjing logistics industry to regional economic growth, and selects the total volume of goods transported, the freight transport turnover and the value added of logistics as the development indicators of the logistics industry. and regional GDP as regional economic growth indicators, using impulse response The function establishes an impulse response model and analyzes it. The results show that the development of logistics industry in Nanjing has a significant contribution to regional economic growth in the long run. The short-term total cargo transportation has the most obvious contribution to regional economic growth. The cargo transportation turnover has a smooth pulling effect on regional economic growth. The increase in the added value of the logistics industry has a negative impact on regional economic growth but the impact is not significant. Based on the results of empirical analysis and the actual situation of Nanjing, the paper puts forward four suggestions for strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure, improving the level of logistics modernization, strengthening the cultivation of logistics talents, and promoting the development of third-party logistics.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

物流业是一个新型的复合型产业，同时也是一个颇具争议的产业。它是通过节省物流成本来提升收益空间从而促进经济增长的产业。物流产业的发展不仅能降低企业运营成本，提高企业整体效率和效益，更是优化经济结构必不可少的因素。区域经济发展一直是学者们的研究热点，而物流业的快速发展使其成为拉动区域经济增长的中坚力量，并在国民经济中占据着先导作用。因此物流业发展与经济增长的关系也一直是诸多学者研究的课题。目前国内学者大多数是运用计量经济学手段或统计学手段对此类研究进行分析，但在研究过程中一般只用一个物流相关指标来表示物流业发展水平，不具有太大的说服力，且由于区域之间的物流业发展水平的差异会造成物流业对区域经济增长的贡献作用水平的差异，研究结论不具有太强的普遍适用性。因此南京物流业发展对其区域经济增长的具体贡献作用还需开展一个课题来进行实证研究，这对南京物流业的科学发展以及区域经济健康增长具有重要意义。

1.2 研究目的及意义

为了更好的理解物流业发展与区域经济增长这两者之间的关系，以及前者对后者的贡献情况，寻找科学的、有针对性的发展计划促进南京市物流业的发展，带动南京经济结构转型，本选题以南京为特定地区，运用计量经济学手段，对物流业发展对当地经济增长的贡献进行实证研究。

在物流业方面，由于中国物流业的发展水平以世界的角度来看还是相对滞后的，需要不断的丰富对物流业的相关研究来支持近年来不断发展中的物流业，使这些相关研究的结果能给予一些科学合理地指导，对物流业地发展是必要的。在区域经济方面，物流业一直是区域经济增长的重要因素，研究这两者之间的关系必定对区域经济增长提供一定程度上的理论依据。其他方面，对促进南京经济转型、优化南京经济结构、南京的物流业与区域经济共同协调发展具有重要意义。

1.3 研究内容及方法

本文以江苏省南京市为例，利用计量经济学手段对物流业与区域经济增长的关系进行实证研究，并结合实证结果与南京市物流业发展现状对南京市物流业提出了加强物流基础设施建设、提高物流现代化水平、强化物流人才的培养、促进第三方物流发展四个方面的发展建议。
