摘 要

港口利用独特的地理位置，连接着水路、陆路、铁路、航空等多种运输方式，承担起交通枢纽和物流节点的作用，使物流、人流高效率的运作起来，对带动了城市经济的增长产生极为重要的作用。

港口物流与城市经济之间存在着相互促进、相互印象的作用，用大物流产业理论和增长极理论来论述，港口物流与城市经济是一个相互作用的机制，前者为后者的发展奠定了基础，后者又保证了前者。港口物流是城市经济的重要组成部分，也是城市经济能够参与国际经济的重要途径，探求港口物流与城市经济发展相关性是当前研究的热点。大连港，是一个有着百余年的发展历史的港口，它不仅有着地理位置上的天然优势：辽东半岛南端的大连湾内，西北太平洋的中枢，同时在当今世界贸易格局中也有着突出的地位：正在兴起的东北亚经济圈的中心。良好的港口条件包括：港口宽阔且吃水很深，万吨级别的货轮在这里可以畅通无阻，而且是我国重要的不冻港。这些优势使它成为了东北地区最重要的综合性外贸口岸，是亚洲最先进的散装液体化工产品转运基地，是最大的海上客、车滚装运输港口。因此本文以大连港为例进行实证分析，通过选取港口货物吞吐量为港口物流指标和生产总值、全部工业增加值、资质以上建筑企业完成总产值、外贸进出口总额、社会消费品零售总额、城镇常住居民年人均可支配收入为城市经济指标，依据这两个系统的复杂性和不确定，选择依托灰色关联分析模型得出两个系统之间具有密切的联系。

通过实证计算结果，结合大连港的发展实际状况，对结果进行分析，阐述港口物流与城市经济的相关性，并且对研究成果进行反思研究，提出改进意见，为未来研究提供方向。

Research on the Correlation between Port Logistics and Urban Economy——Taking Dalian Port as an Example

Abstract

The port utilizes a unique geographical location and connects various transportation modes such as waterways, land, railways, and aviation, and assumes the role of transportation hubs and logistics nodes, enabling efficient operation of logistics and people flow, and driving the growth of the urban economy. Exploring the correlation between port logistics and urban economic development is currently the focus of research. Located in Dalian Bay at the southern tip of the Liaodong Peninsula, Dalian Port has a history of more than 100 years. It is located at the center of the northwestern Pacific Ocean and is the center of the emerging Northeast Asian Economic Circle. The natural conditions are excellent, the port is deep and deep, winter is not frozen, and the freighter is 10,000 tons. Unimpeded, it is the most important comprehensive foreign trade port in the Northeast, and the most advanced bulk liquid chemical product transshipment base in Asia. It is the largest sea passenger and truck ro-ro transportation port. Based on an empirical analysis of Dalian Port, through the selection of port cargo throughput as the port logistics index and gross value, total industrial added value, the total output value of construction enterprises above the qualification, total import and export volume, total retail sales of consumer goods, and urban residents The annual per capita disposable income is an urban economic indicator. Based on the complexity and uncertainty of these two systems, the choice to rely on the grey relational analysis model leads to the close relationship between the two systems.

Through empirical calculation results, combined with the actual development of Dalian Port, the results were analyzed, and the relationship between port logistics and urban economic development was elucidated and thoughts triggered.

1.1选题研究的背景和意义

随着物流业的高速发展，港口物流的发展能力也大大提高，已经成为特殊形态下的综合物流体系，并且其在国际物流量中居于中心地位，对国家经济的长发展有着重要且深远的意义。港口也因其地理的优势可以比较容易接触到最新的技术和管理，加之各地政府都很重视对港口的投资，使得港口有良好的设施设备、生产组织系统等等，因此港口物流的带动作用不仅辐射到了所在城市及地区的经济甚至带动了国家的发展。从一定意义上来讲，一个国家的物流发展总水平的高低港口物流在其中起着重要的影响作用。全球贸易便利性已经越来越明显，因此国家或地区间的贸易活动更加频繁也更加复杂，所以港口物流要想得到发展，就必须重视向着国际化、规模化和系统化方向发展，港口物流产业面对着内部整合、外部合作的重大挑战。其在此过程中发挥的整合作用，由此引发的效应作用，让其在服务范围和服务功能上都有了拓展，已成为了城市经济发展的重要支撑。
