南天物流公司物流配送优化研究

摘 要

当前，国际金融危机对我国实体经济造成了较大冲击，物流业作为重要的服务产业，也受到较为严重的影响。中国政府制定了实施物流业调整和振兴规划，不仅是促进物流业自身平稳较快发展和产业调整升级的需要，对于促进产业结构调整、转变经济发展方式和增强国民经济竞争力具有重要意义。对于和实体经济的发展息息相关的物流企业来说，在金融危机的大浪中生存下来并且发展壮大，成为了刻不容缓的问题。

在我国配送行业的发展中，却存在以下几个问题：（1）物流配送服务能力低，提供的服务有限；（2）配送服务质量差；（4）配送成本高；（3）配送时间长，配送效率低下。这些都成为制约我国物流配送业发展的不利因素。因此，如何整合社会资源以提升物流配送效率、降低物流配送成本，对推动我过物流业进一步发展具有重大意义。本文将以南天物流公司为研究对象，对其配送方式和配送流程具体分析其中的问题并提出解决问题的建议，通过分析研究发现其配送业务中存在的问题并结合国内外的提携研究成果提出一些解决和优化方案。

Research on logistics distribution scheme of Nantian logistics company

Abstract

At present, the international financial crisis has caused great impact on China"s real economy. As an important service industry, the logistics industry has also been severely affected. The Chinese government has formulated plans to implement the adjustment and revitalization of the logistics industry, not only to promote the steady and rapid development of the logistics industry itself and the need for industrial adjustment and upgrading, but also to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, change the mode of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. For logistics companies that are closely related to the development of the real economy, the survival and growth of the financial crisis has become an urgent matter.

In the development of the distribution industry in China, there are the following problems: (1) The logistics and distribution service capacity is low, the service provided is limited; (2) the delivery service quality is poor; (4) the distribution cost is high; (3) the delivery time is long , distribution efficiency is low. These have become unfavorable factors that restrict the development of China"s logistics and distribution industry. Therefore, how to integrate social resources to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reduce the cost of logistics distribution is of great significance in promoting me to further develop the logistics industry. This article will take Nantian logistics company as the research object, analyze its problems in the distribution method and distribution process and propose suggestions for solving the problems. Through analysis and research, we find out the problems in its distribution business and put forward some suggestions based on domestic and foreign research results. Solve and optimize the plan.
