摘 要
经济的快速发展伴随着人们的生活水平日益提高,对于生活质量的追求反映在了对于购买产品的更高要求上。因此零售业面临着市场需求变更的竞争和挑战。作为供应链中链接消费者和供应商的中间平台,更需要通过对供应商的慎重选择来提供给消费者满足其需求的商品达到企业要想在复杂环境和日益激烈的竞争中继续生存甚至脱颖而出的目的。因此构建比较完善的供应商选择评价指标体系是尤为重要。
本文以文献研究、分析数据等方法相结合的形式,将供应商管理理论和相关选择评价方法综合运用于A超市的供应商评价体系研究。首先剖析整个A超市在供应商选择评价中仍旧存在的顽疾,针对同行业中规模较大、更知名的企业进行供应商选择评价体系的分析;而后运用层析分析法,针对社区店现有体系从供应商的能力、价格、质量、创新能力等方面进行较为系统的优化。经过优化后使得社区店的评价体系可以较为客观公正的为社区店选取性价比较合适的供应商。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, people"s living standard is improving day by day, and the pursuit of quality of life is reflected in higher requirements for purchasing products. Therefore, the retail industry is facing the competition and challenge of changing market demand. As the intermediate platform for linking consumers and suppliers in the supply chain, it is more necessary to provide consumers with products that meet their needs through careful selection of suppliers to achieve the purpose of surviving or even standing out in the complex environment and increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, it is very important to build a perfect supplier selection evaluation index system.
This paper mainly includes the following aspects: the study of supplier selection evaluation theory, the establishment of supplier evaluation and selection index system, evaluation and selection of suppliers. In the part of supplier evaluation and selection index system, this paper constructs the evaluation and selection system of supermarket chain suppliers based on the characteristics of supermarket chains and their suppliers. In this paper, based on the combination of theoretical research, case analysis and other methods, in the form of integrated supply chain management theory and related supplier selection evaluation method.
Firstly, we chose the analysis of the supplier selection evaluation system of the leading enterprise S supermarket in the related industry of the industry, and analyzed the persistent problems in the selection and evaluation of the community shop and the whole Suguo in the supplier selection evaluation And then, using the analysis of the analysis, the system has been systematically optimized for the ability, price, quality, and innovation of the local store. After the optimization, the evaluation system of the neighborhood shop can be objective and fair to select the right suppliers for the neighborhood store.

随着世界经济和技术的快速发展,作为一种零售状态的连锁超市因为尚未饱和的市场空间所提供的巨大机会从而市场化程度越来越高,发展规模也越发庞大。但生活水平提高的同时人们对于零售业的服务也提出了更高的要求,从而不可避免的带来着市场的更新与变革。
