W企业仓库管理的现状与优化方案的研究

摘 要

仓库管理日渐重要的今天，合理高效的仓库管理可以有效改善企业的运营现状，企业效益也随之增加，企业的竞争力更是在逐步提高。首先，本文先着重阐述了仓库管理的目的内容及改进仓库管理的方法。通过了W企业目前的状况特别是W企业仓库管理及W企业仓库管理现状进行了分析，分别在仓库布局、人员设备、技术等发现了问题，仓库布局不合理；人员素质不高、操作不合理、业务水平不高；仓库主要依靠劳动力。最后，根据相应的问题优化仓库布；通过学习培训等提高人员素质、操作水平、提高业务水平；使用条码技术管理货架及托盘，优化仓库上下架等操作；通过仓库管理系统（WMS）对W企业仓库进行全局管理，即实现物料出入库、生产领料、库存查询等一体化，实现W企业仓库管理的现代化转变，提高企业的经济效益。

Research on The Current Situation And Optimization Plan of W Enterprise Warehouse Management

Abstract

The warehouse management is becoming more and more important today. A reasonable and efficient warehouse management can effectively improve the operation status of the enterprise. The efficiency of the enterprise is also increased, and the competitiveness of the enterprise is increasing gradually. First of all, this paper first focuses on the purpose and content of warehouse management and how to improve warehouse management. Through the analysis of the current situation of W enterprises, especially the warehouse management of W enterprises and the warehouse management of W enterprises, the problems are found in the warehouse layout, personnel and equipment, technology and so on. The layout of the warehouse is not reasonable, the quality of the personnel is not high, the operation is unreasonable, and the business level is not high; the warehouse mainly depends on the labor force. Finally, the warehouse cloth is optimized according to the corresponding problems, and the quality of personnel, the operation level and the service level are improved by learning and training. The barcode technology is used to manage the shelves and pallets, to optimize the warehouse and down shelves, and to manage the W warehouse through the warehouse management system (WMS). The production of materials, inventory query integration, realize the modernization transformation of warehouse management in W enterprises, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景和意义

现如今经济飞速发展，激烈的竞争环境致使企业不得不通过改善企业各环节来提高竞争力。仓库管理是物流管理中对仓储货物的收发、结存等活动的有效控制，其目的是为企业保证仓储货物的完好无损，确保生产经营活动的正常进行。一个企业的仓库管理应是建立在良好的仓库管理制度及执行制度的能力之上，仓库管理的方法与水平体现了该企业当前有效的计划、执行和控制等诸方面。在物流技术高速发展的当下，仓库管理也不再是传统的人工作业管理方式。各种新技术的引入，必然会对仓库管理的方式、人员的水平、制度的改进、流程的更新提出更高的要求。可见，合理有效的仓库管理对提高企业的竞争力是有重要意义的。

在全球化趋势的大环境下，一个生产制造企业要想保证自己生产上的持续和完整，除了各部门之间的相互协调配合之外，仓库的存储能力以及管理是十分重要的。企业需要充足的原材料来进行生产制造，仓库就可能出现原材料积压，若不及时的进行盘点清仓等活动，就会导致占用仓库有效储存面积以及大量流动资金，进而使得企业无法最大化利用仓库可用面积的目的，企业的资金利用率和周转率不高等情况出现，企业的正常生产运营有可能受到很大的影响。这些也是目前国内容易出现的一些问题，就但从此一点来说，仓库管理的对生产制造企业来说的意义不言而喻。
